.....And he's already sitting on his bum implants, and has been from day 1, I am no arse-implant expert but I believe that is a bad idea! I reckon it's because they have no problem with not maintaining the surgery they have by following aftercare as the attitude is, oh, I'll just have another surgery. This is will carry on until Alves doesn't wake up on the operating table one day.

So true, he just doesnt care.

Does anyone remember that surgeon, im not sure what country...maybe somwhere in the soviet union...but he had some surgery or tweakment done and then spoke after about the surgeon saying he was botched...100% if there were complications it would have been because he didnt follow the aftercare advice!

Hes a bleeping freak. And what exactly is he contributing to the world/whats he doing with his life? He has no life. No friends, no relationship, no family, no career. All he does is mutilate his body. If he was sitting at home cutting himself with a razor everyday everyone would be up in arms and wanting him hospitalised but because he oays unscrupulous doctors to chop him up it’s ok? Its a sad sate of affairs.
