I've noticed her fall risk wrist band previously ages ago, this isn't new for her when at the hospital.
Interesting that she has shingles, the first thing my Oncologist did upon diagnosis was check all my immunisations are up to date, then he gave me two shingles vaccines (about 2 months apart) despite not even being in an age group that it was required for. I was wondering about that too, I don’t know why she is seeing a surgeon. Yes, they are doing chemo for her brain and for her lungs. She said the team is going to be aggressive with this treatment, because they want to prove the 6-9 month timeline was wrong. She will also be receiving in home hydration therapy. Jenny also mentioned that she has shingles, but they are giving her medication, which is helping.
I hope Saydee is okay, I have missed her on here.

No helpful information for others who have cancer. It was mostly about denial and wishful thinking. No clear info from scans. They don’t even mention the LMD at all. I would think that would be the biggest issue since they just spent $20k to eliminate it.
Cancer has obviously progressed in her lungs.
Finally they admit to palliative care. We’ll hear about hospice after she’s already passed.
Physical therapy would have to be pretty aggressive to help Jenny at this point. She’s obviously checked out. She’s very sedated, not eating or drinking. PT will be a fail. Jenny is not a fighter in any aspect of her life.
Maybe the home healthcare nurse can administer TPN at some point in the near future and they can just prop her up on the sofa until they can have her stuffed.
This is just Kyle carting her around from place to place. She may be more sedated right now because of the stress of the scans and will probably appear cheerful and lively again in her next video but her time is short.
Edited to add: Maybe the surgeon would be for pericardial window surgery to drain fluid around the heart. A lot of issues have been mentioned in the past that they just don’t bring up again. They make these videos to make money, not to be informative. Now everyone will want to tune in to see what surgery she could be having! Could it be the magic cure?

I've only watched a few of the earlier videos when she was receiving standard chemo. But she would get sick the day BEFORE chemo !!! Probs symptons caused by her extreme anxiety level. Then she would feel sick while getting chemo - never mind that there are excellent anti nausea meds that are given before chemo. She said of course I'm sick, I'm getting poison put into me. Then she would be laid out for the next 5 days or so. And this was all when she was still healthy!!!
And Kyle bought a telescope at the COH gift shop ...I do wonder though if this is for views? The money

I am pretty sure that the YT fans have given them much credit on their account in that gift shop...they are shopping there all the time. As for her tolerating Chemo my memory is as Mayday....lots of anxiety to the point she thought she would die and the nausea etc. I give her a couple of treatments and that may have to stop. I question the wisdom of this path they are taking in her last days/months but if doctors are willing I guess she is hoping for a miracle. Even though she was in a lot of pain she was always cheerful and never complained. I was so glad Amanda got that last vacation with her dad and stepmother.
the fact they have to bring in hydration and she cannot manage to get enough fluid in the normal way seems like something that would happen toward the very end....and in next breath we hear about various kinds of chemo coming soon.

It's not the vegan lifestyle that's the problem it's the vegan choices the Apple's make, like you said the faux meat etc. Jessica and Brian Krock are plant based lifestyle and they are both very well nourished.
