I've not seen much of her since her facecloth days. I remember getting one as a present but she's definitely ruined her face since those days. How can anyone believe a "skin expert" if she's had so much work done to her face.

She seems absolutely obsessed with her wife

The area between her nose and mouth has had that strange Homer Simpson look for the last couple of years but it's somehow worse lately. Her whole face has taken on a very frozen look, but I'm sure it's all skincare

Jill looked fabulous and seems to have an effortless style where she always looks great but comfortable at the same time.

Jennifer has ruined her face, it’s desperate!! I used some of her products on and off but never stuck with them long term. She has a bizarre manner.

I was trying to figure out what her face looks like and I think I have it .. you know the funny Instagram filter people use with the huge eyes and mouth, that’s it. She looks distorted whatever she’s done!

She is a beautician/aesthetician. Zero medical qualifications, not that she’d let anyone know that. She’s qualified to do a facial and recommend the same level of skincare that you can pick up in the chemist. It’s a myth that there is ‘medical grade’ skincare, there isn’t. There’s prescribed creams (VitaminA and Hydraquinone etc.) and there is the bog standard stuff on the shelf in the beauticians or chemist. It’s a complete con and an industry that is worth billions!
