My son has just bought a house, he is self employed and his last 3 years earnings were 45k, 35k, 32k. He could get a mortgage for 124k with a deposit of 146k on a house which was 270k.

They totally are. Seeing as Chins isn’t making a pwofit, Bean isn’t a massive earner and they likely have £0 savings, they are 100% fucked due to how the housing market is atm. Serves them right for the amount of money they waste. If Jane had had a full time job, they could be in a decent position and maybe she could go part time when they bought a house as they wouldnt need to save for a deposit. But no, she is a massive lazy turd. Hopefully Bean has a decent workplace pension too because he will be keeping Chins until she dies!

Totally agree ! I,ve been saying on here for ages that he is just as nasty a bleep as she is, and now his birds have come home to roost ! I would like to hope that he is racked with guilt but you know what the more I have seen of him over the past year or so the more I doubt it and as for that skank that he shares a club biskit infested bed with well let’s pray that things start to bite her on that bleeping huge rump ! She would milk any situation to her own gains and she’s proving it again !

Was gonna say they will probably go down the pure cremation way 1. Because it’s cheap under a grand which is cheap to say goodbye to a loved one 2. There are no mourners so saves them the waste of a couple of hours as she would see it, a car takes the body to the crematorium to be incinerated and you have the option of the having the ashes back for a small fee. She wouldn’t want to go and pay her respects as she has no respect for anyone apart from her gargoyle of a mother !

I just realised that I have that leopard print top from the second last photo. I want no association with el porkchop. I'm gonna burn it 🔥🐆
 
She doesn't get that people start at the lower end of the property ladder in a starter home if they don't have a big deposit and then work up, she expected to be able to go buy their dream house right away on part time wages which she then gave up and Charlies salary which I can't see being great, of course they were only ever going to be able to afford a small terrace, a flat or maybe an ex council house, all of which are fine to most people starting out but Jane wouldn't do that, she wanted the picture perfect house probably all finished and furnished too, they're so out of touch with reality it's funny and alarming in equal measure.
