I think that's what they are really for, they sell them at my gym. One thing gammons doesnt do is any exercise so what's the point. She could use the 200 odd calories on something much better than that :/ and £2 each no way would I spend that on one bar
 
She clearly wants Genade to send her freebies or she wouldn't tag them the way she has the last couple of posts. Just like the gin she keeps banging on about and asking people to suggest other brands - not so subtle hint for gin freebies coming from a supposed non-drinker lol She moaned about the price of it but was quick to pop an affiliate link on her video.
Can't see Grenade sending her anything anyway she hasn't got that many followers compared to someone like Fopperholic who gets them and actually goes to the gym and has PT sessions on occasion unlike Jane's 2minutes of hula hooping which like most things she does was a little fad and vanished as quick as it arrived.

All the marching, waxing, self-tanning, new clothes and calorie counting doesn't change the fact that Charlie is having to go on holiday with a fat wife.

I did have to laugh on her last vlog when she said she washes her hair twice a week, sometimes 3, depending if she's done a 'workout'!! A workout? Do you mean when you stand on the spot and attempt to march? Is that a workout? 😂
I'm not sure that level of workout warrants washing your hair but just so you look half decent and smell pleasant, it might be worth washing it 3 times a week!
Maybe she thinks just eating the bars will build muscle 😂 it really would not surprise me!

she is a bloody liar because when it was red hot and super sweaty weather she still said she was only washing it twice a week and I called her out on here that surely a hot shower would make you sweat and you would get out of the shower with greasier hair than when you got in, plus others on here mentioned about the fact as someone doing other people's food shopping they would expect her to wash her hair daily and they are right she is disgusting
 
the latest vlog is uncomfortable watching, what the hell is Charlie thinking letting her put that out for everyone to see? all the skin care stuff then talking about all his toiletries 😂 and the whiskey taste test, he's as dim as she is! can you imagine the ribbing he will get at work and locally for that? this pair of bellends deserve each other!!
 
Oh dear the latest vlog.....i skipped through it....realistic guys getting ready for a night out is a shower, a shave, bit of after shave, gel hair, iron over a shirt, wallet, keys check...lets go. Cannot even believe charlie allowed her to piss about with his face like that.

Oh and the grenade bars....she would be better off with a bowl of melon to curb the hunger 🙈
