Must watch! Gammons and Helen get very snippy when they feel Jane day is criticising them. Remember when Gammons started #bebravebeyou, getting people to strip off. Jane day referenced it in a video (vlog 95 body confidence) and they were not happy!! Neither named any names but, it was obvious. Pretty sure gammons and Helen were both practically crying on Instagram that someone dared to think not everything they did was amazing.

What's funny about this is that she could make a tomato/bolognese sauce for less calories by using a tin of chopped tomatoes and some herbs. It would also be a fraction of the cost...
