Sorry but the utter bullshit that comes out of her mouth saying she feels better now is straight insulting. So many of us followed her and enjoyed seeing her work/life/gym balance back before she had children. Now she just uses the body positive movement to cover how insecure she really is. Her body back then was gorgeous, it is a total barefaced lie to say she's happier now, 4 sizes bigger, unable to find her style, flopping her belly and bum out dressed in beige or brown. Nothing wrong with her size or shape at all as it is now, its a perfectly normal body, especially after two children close together but you can appreciate your body whilst still wanting to change it or make improvements.

Its frustrating to anyone who invested time in her content "back in the day" for her to now say it was all bullshit, why should we believe you this time then?
I agree completely, also there are a lot of people commenting saying "thank you for saying this" I mean they can't really believe she's being honest!?

I’ve said it before but it bears repeating.
She can be happier and more confident now but less happy with her body. Why do the two have to go together in her head? Why do they have to be related.
When I think of times on my life where I’ve been happy or unhappy, confident or anxious etc I don’t think how my body looked, just what was going on in my life.

She could easily say she’s happier over all and wouldn’t trade her previous state of mind for her previous body. Despite being proud of the way she looked, she realises it wasn’t worth it mentally. She’s found alternative, less shallow happiness.

Doesn’t know what she’d do without it? Well she’d forget wake up time, chill time, relax, dinner, kids to bed - it would be absolute chaos.

The amount of clothes she’s recommending is very overwhelming. Most of her followers are probably scratching their heads thinking how to afford heating and present for Christmas etc and there’s Carys with her £300 coat of £100 plain jumper (may be an exaggeration, I can’t actually read through her stories, it’s too much).

It also makes her look like an idiot when she’s apparently ‘designing’ her dream pieces with ITS but then saying she’s found THE BEST jeans or top that she’s been looking for for so long. Why didn’t you just design it Carys? 🧐

Exactly what I was thinking it makes me sick sometimes 😭 the grey jumper I actually liked and checked the price think it was about £80 that’s a full day of me working 😭 I can’t afford that:(

I've just looked through her 'links' stories and there's two points I'd like to make (which I'm sure you're all on the same page with already!).

1. She looks like a size 10 with the way she positions the camera and poses, what's the deal? Is she appealing vicariously to size 14-16 women who see her wearing that size and looking smaller, in turn making themselves feel smaller .

2. Her mundane ramblings about this item or that item make no sense, I don't get what her point is with half the things she says.

She’s not a 10, it’s all about the posing

Agreed, she has this way of posing by leaning forward, pointing her toes inward and sucking her belly in… oh and only taking front on pics. Gives her the illusion of a “thigh gap” and flat stomach which is completely untrue. I’m a bang on size 12 in ok shape and haven’t had a thigh gap or flat stomach since I was a size 8 teenager, it’s nonsense who is she fooling

I wouldn't ever say she even looks like a size 10.
