I hate how the tank top literally just covers her boobs. It’s not a good look Carys 🤦🏻‍♀️

Also has anyone asked her what this stupid squinty face is that she keeps pulling. Looks like such an idiot.
Sorry she’s really wound me up today haha!

I honestly think she does this face because she is unhappy/insecure with her body but doesn't want to just admit it. It's quite sad actually.

I’ve never had an ED and I still find it bleeping insulting. I’ve had friends and family members be hospitalised by theirs though and while I’ll never truly comprehend, I know if they were just scrolling insta for a bit of light relief and fashion chat to be suddenly told that it would be more than jarring. I find it jarring, intrusive, preachy Ill informed, coming from a place of zero expertise . There’s just absolutely no need. And who is it even for? Who do they think their followers are?
Nayla may work out and eat well but she is obese, it’s just a fact. I’m not body shaming her but if we’re going down a psychological or health path, neither of them are in a place to preach.

I think nayla is trying to challenge some stereo types around obesity. But let’s be real. She must be mis representing her diet and gym activity to be maintaining her size. She must be eating a substantial amount of calories to maintain that weight.
I want to say I think she looks great. I’m not having a pop at her appearance but it’s disingenuous.

That 'please eat' annoys me so much. I have an ED. I struggle with unhealthy eating habits, and I know they are not normal. Saying 'please eat' makes me think, why wouldn't I eat? Oh, now I'm questioning it. Thanks for that Carys 👍 now I'm questioning why I wouldn't be doing something as normal as eating my bleeping lunch 😅

Nayla did it the other day and said “you deserve to eat today”. So do people not ‘deserve’ to eat on other days? Am I worthy of eating today but not tomorrow? Why do I deserve it?… They have no idea of what they’re doing with the language they are using.

I agree, everything about these stories was absolutely grotesque.

Never mind “deserving” to eat… I feel like someone needs to tell this pair of clowns that what they’re both truly deserving of is some self care and self respect… how about both of you try limiting getting your bodies out for attention online every 20 seconds, and work on your self esteem. Stop spending money on clothes for a buzz because you’re actually really unhappy with yourself and work on liking who you are. Try eating good, healthy meals, moving your bodies and stop being so darn lazy. The pair of them look and act like they do and they’re essentially telling the world to be influenced by them? Wow.

And I’m not even getting at their sizes… I’m not skinny myself… it’s their attitudes… to sit there a size 20 eating a wrap and some fruit and preaching about “deserving” to eat? Give over. Very clearly neither of them properly take cake of themselves both physically or mentally but they’re there preaching at us. Crazy!

They both want the kudos of being fitness influencers and they want people to praise their bodies without doing the work that it takes to have a fit, healthy body

“You can be focused on your health and not hate yourself” - yes you absolutely can Cary’s but there’s also no way you and Nayla are focused on your health. The only thing they are focused on is prancing around half naked in ill fitting clothes under the guise of body positivity.
