So she’s posted a petition in lieu of Caroline flacks death. I’m disgusted, that so quickly she jumps on the tragedy of someone for her own agenda of relevance. Did she contact Caroline’s family? How does she know the media is the cause of Caroline’s suicide? She’s disgusting literally a deplorable piece of tit.
Let's discuss her.
At first, I thought she was great, fighting for different body types, etc and body confidence. Recently she has started going after the Kardashians more and it is becoming obsessive and annoying. Kim released a makeup line which includes body makeup (no biggie, MAC has the same). But Jameela started shouting from the rooftops about how bad it is that people should be made to feel to cover up their flaws on their body.
Kim has a psoriasis on her legs which for years she has said makes her self conscious and uses body makeup to cover it up. There is nothing wrong with that. I get terrible psoriasis on my legs in summer and it definitely knocks my confidence a bit. If someone does something to make themselves feel better why is that a bad thing? I totally support Jameela shouting out about skinny teas and such as they are awful but I feel she is almost becoming a bit holier than thou and it is getting tiresome.

Hard pass. God damn the work to take it all off before bed so it doesn’t destroy your sheets... I’d rather just make peace with my million stretch marks and eczema. Taking off my mascara is enough of a pain in the arse. Save money and time and give yourself a damn break.
I am glad Jameela can feel that way but not everyone can or will. I actually feel like she is now just posting this stuff to get her in the media. She is going to come crashing down v soon. Many people are saying that she is contradicting herself. She says she is a feminist but then she is taking a dig at Kim for doing this. What happened to "let's support all women."

I’ve had eczema all my life and when I was a teenager I had REALLY bad scars from it on my legs. I’m talking 10/15 years ago, so way before KK and the Instagram ‘everything’s perfect’ way we live today. I used to cover my legs in foundation at the weekends when I went out! Every single week. I just didn’t want to have red scars on show - nothing wrong with that is there?! I don’t do it now because over the years they’ve faded but if they were still like they used to be then I’d still do it! She has no right to comment negatively on things she doesn’t really have experience of.
Why slag KK off for it honestly, she needs to chill on calling everyone out on EVERYTHING! People who do so lose their credibility I feel and people start to gloss over what they say. Sorry if this has all been covered, I’ll catch up on the rest of the thread now
This has really bothered me this morning. At the very least, like you say, speak with Caroline’s family & friends (obviously not now - but in the future if need be) & ensure that the media is to blame first. I really feel like Jameela has to be involved in anything & everything that’s remotely controversial. It’s unnecessary & inappropriate to do it this soon.

Trolling is wrong, but also these celebs like JJ are definitely culpable in their part, when they whip up issues they bait trolls essentially. JJ needs to step back from social media for a bit before things get intollerable. If she has lots going on with her own health/mental health surely now is the time to go off grid, sort oneself out, rather than continue to fight against the likes of Piers and that Tracie.

Those comments a couple of pages back about how JJ’s boyfriend won’t even eat if she’s not around (because she’s made him believe he can’t digest food without her)... err, what the actual duck? I’m guessing that’s just an online rumour that’s spiralled but awful if she is manipulating him!
I definitely think they were at a time! I think she also followed her "I weigh" page but doesnt now. Found a few posts back in 2018 that kristen has liked. But nothing since really!

It’s bizarre that this cacophony of lies seems to have largely blown past JJ. There were a few stories during the week but nothing seemed to stick — even though she’s apparently lied about, of all things, having cancer?! Crazy stuff.

I’m glad they’ve said something. Maybe what JJ is trying to do wasn’t intended to cause any upset, I don’t really know enough about her to know whether that’s the case. But regardless, I think it was a thoughtless move so close to the news about Caroline & clearly her friends/management think the same. Good on them for calling her out.
