On another note, I genuinely don't know how Sophie puts up with Jake being on Insta literally every minute of the day...I know he has to keep up his engagement as it seems that insta ads are his/their only income at the minute, but it's so intrusive how he literally films from morning to night, nothing is private and baby Leo always has a phone in his face. If I were Sophie i'd request at least one Insta free day a week, where Jake's full attention is just on helping her and the baby instead of living his entire day through an iphone lens.

Jakes done a Rosie Ramsey. Everyone loved how down to earth she was and taking the piss out of influencers and then as soon as they get massive and start getting deals they become everything they mocked. Then anyone doing the same to them are trolls.

Jake always goes on about not letting trolls bother him but then publicly posts their usernames sending his fans to troll them, which is okay?
 
I love Jake found him so ‘normal’ and funny. Sophie I’m a bit neutral but really surprised they’ve made a Instagram page for baby and Jakes response being he’ll have loads of amazing photos to look back on. Chances are Instagram won’t be around in 18 years time but why can’t it be private for friends family? Why does the world need to see 🤷‍♀️

Yeah they have unfortunately fallen completely down the boring influencer route haven’t they?
I liked them because they seemed sort of normal - ok he’s he’s a bit full of it at times but he was alright, and she had her own business and seemed normal too and now..... it’s like they’ve bought into their own hype and think they are legit celebrities.
I fully get that he’s been out of work for the best part of a year and so has she, so i guess they’ve just done whatever they can to get some money coming in but there’s no need to use a baby like that. It just doesn’t sit well with me at all. I’d have more respect for him if he went out and got a “normal” job.

He’s not been out of work, he’d have been paid for the full monty thing, panto, the mtv thing, the song he wrote about Sophie, he’s done Wayne Linekar’s podcast which I doubt was for free, interviews on Lorraine etc

Yes he’s lost out on some work but he’s been rinsing the insta money with hello fresh ads, free gym equipment, free baby stuff, that stupid free jacket that had a battery warmer in and has never been seen again, and those stupid cbd gummie things he claims to get through tubs of weekly just so he can plug them again.

Ah ok. Sorry, I don’t really follow what he does work wise, I knew he had done the full monty show and the MTV show.
Yeah they have absolutely been rinsing the freebies for sure.
 
I don’t follow Jake / Sophie but my friend was talking about them this morning so went for a quick stalk. Have to say I am deeply deeply disturbed by making a new born baby an Instagram account which isn’t private 😷 what the duck is actually wrong with people!!! Give children some privacy and stop trying to flog their every move to fund your next holiday to Dubai. It’s actually so so sad :(

Yes but jakes baby will now have pictures to look back on when he’s old enough and none of us mean trolls will.

I mean, my gran had pictures and that was before the internet even existed Jake you vapid idiot
 
I did really like him but he’s going overboard with the insta stories now. Got to the point where I just skip past them now because you know it’s the same every day. I think it’s very worrying that they have created an account for their new baby. There’s loads of other things they could have done if they wanted to create photo memories for their child. Making the insta private for a start!

I’ve said before that him slagging off other influences while (not even) low key dying to be one is embarrassing. Maybe I should send that as an ‘ick’. No doubt I’d get some passive aggressive answer and accused of being a troll.

Apologies for the rant. Just been getting sick of it. Claims he’s been low on work but it’s constant new stuff, cars etc. And do they have a home sauna now too? I , like most other folk work a normal job and definitely can’t afford half the things he’s been getting. So it’s a bit of a kick in the teeth when he makes out they are so hard done by.

And this trend they’re on now for giveaways of designer tit?? Certainly won’t be harming him on the ‘road to one million’ . But always remember he doesn’t want to be an influencer... no matter how much hello fresh, watches, jackets, cbd oil, cbd gummies, reality show pals, music,home account and baby accounts he tries to punt.

Yeah it’s a shame - I really liked them and enjoyed the majority of his content last year but yeah I’m seeing a different side to him now with all this carry on over the last few weeks it just seems to have really ramped up a notch.
Someone on here mentioned about waiting to see when we’d get a post partum flat tummy photo of Sophie and she’s now got a photo up of herself in gym leggings and sports crop top and is asking for healthy meal ideas so I’m just waiting for her to start punting some sort of weight loss product - Herbalife or similar.

He’s even put one of the tag lines on the babies insta finger to the haters or something.

We aren’t haters Jake, apparently we give more of a tit about your kids privacy than you do.
I feel like Sophie has been railroaded into this, it’s him posting Freddie constantly not her and him that was trying to push her to get more followers.

I think she’d be happy being private and just doing her own little business. Jake must never put that camera down

I think Sophie is a bit of a fame/celebrity chaser though. She was on Ex On the Beach TV show a few years ago so must have been signed up to a modelling or extras agency or similar and I do get the impression she’s into the whole celeb lifestyle - check out their photos together from when they started dating On both thier Instagram pages - it’s all very wannabe celebrity stuff!!!!

I honestly don’t know how either of them have the time, energy, interest or inclination to be carrying on like this on Instagram when they have a tiny new baby at home. With my 2 kids those first few precious weeks with a newborn are just a haze of sleep deprivation, exhaustion, emotional ups & downs and trying to fight your way back to a new normal. I don’t really understand what they are playing at and I do feel they are wasting time playing up to Instagram rather than focusing on the baby & their family right now.
 
I just wish he’d put some bloody clothes on!
Seriously, I unfollowed a few days ago, has he managed to get out of bed yet? All that rubbish about ‘skin to skin’ so that’s why he was in bed all the time with them baby asleep on him 🙄
I know it’s beneficial for newborns but come on, you don’t have to lie in bed to do it!!
