They won't cut his hair, which is thin, so it won't thicken across his head- condemning him to baldness in his twenties- while both ponce about begging freebie bleeping cucumbers or rimmel lipstick or some other bleeping non-entity tit..........He's coming up for three , is in nappies ; takes nothing in , focuses his eyesight on nothing because he cannot make sense of his surroundings.......cannot talk or count - or has any fine motor skills.
