I just wrote out an absolute rant then deleted it because this irrationally annoyed me.

It is not normal to film yourself crying/being pensive in the bath, I’ll completely back the mental health awareness message all day long, but jc share resources, link to charities and available help, actually post yourself or others discussing it.

Mental health issues aren’t an instagram aesthetic for sad music reels.

This was actually a tiktok video first about MOTHERS and he's changed the wording to men.

He wouldn’t know medical anxiety if it slapped him round the face. It’s physically debilitating. What he suffers from, is feeling anxious. And anyone would feel anxious if they woke up everyday depending on likes from strangers, no job security and no plans of ever going back to work it would seem.

Awwww thank you for the lovely comments I’m in a much better place I suffered an extremely traumatic loss so his grief thief narrative is what brought me here as yes it’s sad he lost his dad and brother but he really needs to lay off the poor old me routine. I still have days (well mainly 2am-5am) when the anxiety hits me like a truck and I feel the old sleep paralysis demon coming in for a cuddle but I don’t sit on my insta telling the whole world I just do the things I’ve learned that are good for my brain so the 5 things method and then going for a two mile walk after school run. I think this whole week is because it’s mental health awareness week and he’s desperately trying to get an interview, TV appearance or something along those lines from it.
