Honestly the whole thing is hard to watch, he’s a married father in his mid 30’s desperately trying to fit in with two 20 odd year olds. It’s absolutely not the right podcast for him if he wants to boost his profile and try to get more work, he’s made himself look a tool.

He’s only got on that podcast because they have the same management. His managers and polly are frantically trying to get him on stuff. First it was stuff with Pete wicks and Chris who probably are all same management. Then the Coronation street prossy who has the same management. Getting her and Chris to go to his wedding etc.

Outside of his little management bubble he’s getting zero work it’s all tagging along to events other clients are part of.

Things like that podcast aren’t going to help him he needs to decide what he wants to do and focus on it rather than trying to do any old tit to ‘get some money’ as he puts it. He needs to think more long term.

Also I would argue that between him, Marcel and Jamie and having the followers they do it should be them getting people on their podcast not him going on a pair of nobodies podcast as a guests. Shows that he only started that podcast because he thought it was quick easy money and when it was harder than he thought he stopped

I think you’re right, noticed the other day how he stays in bed until “late” I say loosely, whilst floppy’s up with kids in the morning, my kid is the same age as niknak and we’re lucky if we see past 6:30.

he could have all this sorted but he’s to obsessed with likes followers and talking to his phone .
He could have done well in panto but he only did it for money because he couldn’t get TV work . He’s fucked that up because now he’s jobless he has no panto lined up for the first time ever . Blimey that figure has shot up. I checked her out and followed her this morning she had 10k and I thought the same, she’d set it up in the summer knowing she’d be going into jungle and advised to do so. What Jake doesn’t seem to grasp is it isn’t the amount of followers but the ones she does have are genuine and really are interested in her. Sara Davies had about 40k before Strictly and it literally doubled overnight and I remember thinking at least they were all genuine followers.
