I normally see someone from the mh team weekly or at worst fortnightly and I know I’m lucky to have support, not seeing anyone till next week and really struggling. That’s true. When I was at my most chaotic I think back and wonder if I would’ve been going live. I see people on there and makes me feel ashamed for times I’ve been in hospital and not taking the support seriously. Now the consequence is they’ll just look in from afar, but the thought of going live scares me lol.

At least she did go off and didn’t cause a scene this afternoon.
