She could do, but she’d be posting for almost 10 years ish so it’s likely the older videos would be lost on old computers. Plus video files can take up a lot of space, so she might not have been storing them all

The thing is she worked hard for the following yes, but the fans who gave her the income, the chance to drop down to part time at work from full time, who allowed her to have AD’s and gifted things and even a free Disney trip haven’t even had so much as a “goodbye kiss my arse”. They’ve just been dropped like a sack of shit and not cared about. So yes she worked hard for the channel, but the fans gave her the life she had and she can’t even give them respect of saying she won’t be returning. It’s disgraceful.

I'm absolutely devastated she didn't keep the videos up she knows they're peoples comfort videos so sad about them. But to delete them without some kind of statement to everything I feel is a shitty move tbh leaving fans in the lurch for the amount of time she has to then delete it all private her account and not put out a message isn't a good move I feel. Thing is she has been going through such a rough time like the time away we understand but to then do all this feels odd. Like everyone else I'm praying for a rebrand so much but I don't think she's coming back

Long time lurker, first time poster. I actually live in the same town as Jade (no, I'm not gonna say which one because it's a small town and I don't want to dox myself lol) and have seen her around - beach, tesco etc - but not for a whiiiiile. I'm wondering if she's moved house now the divorce has been finalised, or they had to sell it as she couldn't afford to buy Matt out of the mortgage.

My theory is that she's done now. She wants to live a normal life. But won't delete the channel/ig fully just in case she wants to make a comeback. I think the divorce really messed with her mentally and she can't bring herself to post a goodbye/update. I think it would probs be easiest to just pretend that part of her life didn't exist; by posting to her subscribers she'd be opening herself up to it all again. If I split with a long term partner and I was a YouTuber I'd never post again, it would be too weird and horrible with people commenting, asking about it all the time, so I get it. Compartmentalise stuff to protect sanity. My nosey side REALLY wants to know what's going on though...

I think Matt's personality on-camera was SO over the top because he's never been that happy. I think he was trying to force it by acting lovey-dovey, getting the Jade tatt, being the 'perfect' couple/partner online - basically trying to convince himself he was happy. Then he met Vicky and started fancying her. I don't think he cheated, but I think he fell for Vicky whilst with Jade and something triggered the leaving suddenly - maybe Jade started talking about kids seriously, or they were just arguing more (their relationship was definitely more argumentative than we saw). Maybe Vicky told him she liked him and he wanted to get with her without cheating.

I can't believe he took the cat, though. I'd kidnap my pets if my ex took them hahaha

I agree... his 'sad bastard' playlist surely wouldn't exist if he was cheating - he would be too busy in his honeymoon phase with Vicky. I do think Jade treated him badly and ultimately that's why he left. I don't agree with the way he went about it...

Jade’s Disney vlogs were my absolute comfort watch. Gutted that she’s removed everything without so much as a goodbye/thanks.

I hope she’s okay, mentally. Must have been an awful, shitty time, especially now that Matt has seemingly moved on.

I don’t recall this. Matt made his Spotify account private after we mentioned it here. Don’t remember anything about it being someone else’s playlist that he saved

I genuinely feel for Jade.
I find the comments here about her owing goodbyes or just being in it for the money quite harsh (no shade though - all entitled to our opinion my tattlers!)

We all grieve ends of relationships differently and this clearly is her coping mechanisms - an unhealthy one at that. Clearly she is still struggling greatly, otherwise she would have sprang back and carried on with her life.

Ultimately youtube/ads/"influencer" was her job and if it wasn't serving her anymore she was always going to leave (just like any other job). I personally respect her not churning out content to pay the bills.
