I expect one room of the bungamansion is a shrine to herself. Loads of spare copies of her books, framed certificates, shithouse onions, every magazine cover, pap photo and article all framed and displayed, interspersed with mirrors with a nice chaise longue in the middle of the room for admiring.

Like one of those rooms that gets discovered at the end of a film when it’s revealed who the psycho is.

Maybe the twist will be that it turns out something has been horribly wrong with the bungalow all this time and that’s why it’s so cheap.

Something other than the fact Jack lives there and her stench of eau de grift et spices interchangeable has no doubt permanently ingrained in the structure.

I'm up north and similar properties are in the same ballpark. It is SO cheap for the area. She did claim that her rent went up to £1800, which is when she said she was going to move out. But didn't. Where is she getting the money to pay for it now that she's not able to beg on Twitter and isn't doing any "work"? Is the Patreon really enough to cover her rent and expenses?

IIRC it was her rent going up from £1500 a month to £1650, not £1800. Still very reasonable for the space!

It looks fake as duck. The weird commas and spacing on the price plus the use of a semi colon and the word 'hence'.

As others have said that price is a steal. Properties in that area are 700-800k +. Swimming pools galore. I lived in a not so affluent area and our house was half the size plus a terrace with a piddly garden and the replica house next door rented for £2,500 per month. If it is indeed the price stated, it's a bargain (relatively - it's still bloody expensive).
