Exactly this. If it was my dog, and she really had been to the groomers but the pic DID look differently, I’d simply say ‘yep…she’s a scraggy looking pup that costs more than me at the hairdresser. Wee bugger only got groomed a fortnight ago but I’m gonna get them to be clipper happy on Thursday!’
Direct, honest, reflective. She’s a trifle aggressive and bereft of any introspection. The photo of Laurie clearly shows a dog requiring a groom. Of that, there’s no debate.

I wouldn't be surprised if she activates daily then deactivates so she doesn't forget. I don't think she'll last that long, but we can all have a dream :D

I couldn't find anything concrete on her possibly losing the blue tick. This was the closest thing, but not sure if inactive means you haven't posted / logged in, or whether it is linked to deactivation too. Suspect the former.

It takes a lot of time & effort to become a groomer, then cost to set up & have premises, overheads etc. Dog groomers are in huge demand at the moment, round here they are advising you book next appointments way ahead past xmas as they are getting so many new requests (I work with dogs 🔺 so am personally familiar with situation). Bit weird that Jacks groomer spends at least 3 days a week earning min wage in a cafe. (& she is apparently a 'literal expert') FFs Jack. Stick to simple fibs or even, something close to the truth! 'Yep she is in need of a groom, I'll book her in asap. thanks pals'
Also, I love that she has cracked & started snapping back on insta :LOL:
 
If she did actually take her to the groomers she’d know that you don’t have to go every two weeks, what a prat honestly.

Also all the ‘on the bones of their arse’ people I know go to a cafe almost everyday and I have no idea what tf she’s on about with the ‘specialist groomer’ nonsense 😂 I have a poodle mix too, groomers don’t have to choose a specialty breed like doctors choose a subject.

If content was grromed/clipped 2 weeks ago then they didn't take enough off her face because her fur is in her eyes.

Hmm.
I guess our definitely existing dog groomer has 2 jobs. They groom dogs as side-hustle to cafe job.
When Jack goes to the cafe with the dog, she sees the groomer who would say something if dog needed a trim/brush.
They don't so everything is fine. Shut up.
 
She's so bleeping selfish. It's a damn photo, we can SEE the dog needs grooming. Like duck she's researched all the research there is to be researched, else the dog wouldn't be matted with hair hanging in her eyes. 🙄

I can only assume if she does see this groomer 3 times a week in a cafe, the groomer must have qualified from the School of Incompetent Professionals, just like her therapists.
