Could one of the more knowledgeable Frauen on here tell me is it possible for them all to lose a case? I don’t want either Jack or Martin/ Lozza to win any legal action.

I currently have covid of a length that rivals Jackie’s severely long covid (4 days since a positive test) and am isolating at home. Jack and the canal have been the silver lining to this illness, I can follow in real time all these shenanigans.

Thank (space) you 🙏

Mom *boo hiss* follows this one that she's just liked a load of his tweets

I think the judge could just throw it out? I guess Mr fox would count that as a win. I imagine whoever presides might have strong words for both sides.

Not a legal frau but as she's suing them then if she lost she might (depending on the judge) have to pay some or all of their costs but they wouldn't get anything as such unless they countersued her for something and won.

See, this is a point I'm quite interested in. If a libellous tweet became widely known because the person complaining about it retweeted it then does that not harm their case as most people wouldn't have seen it if they'd dealt with it privately?

Yes as she likes to remind people she does have a big platform. Much bigger than reclaim. Most would not have seen this if she hadn't engaged. If she was that concerned she could've sent a cease and desist privately. Or just done as she advised that old chap and wait for it to blow over in the morning.
