Please use the words ‘thread title’ (two separate words) when making a bid for one as it makes it easier to search. Also, try to hold off to the latter part of the thread if possible (after post #500). And remember - no swears are allowed.

There is a thread in the off topic forum called Food and Drink where off topic chat is encouraged if / when Jack is quiet.

New to Jack? Have a look at the wiki.

Top recap, ur not a 🐍🐍🐍 after all, ur a BOSSBABE 👠👑 x

Thanks @EllaEm87 for your reply in the last thread. It sounds more like panic to me too (Also not diagnosing) especially with the timing right after a breakup. I’ve had anxiety palpitations and they’re awful so I can see why they’d scare her (though I’ve managed to avoid calling an ambulance for them)
They are indeed incredibly scary! I used to suffer anxiety very badly, it ate up a good few years of my life before I found the right medications (which I will happily stay on for life) and had some extensive CBT and EMDR. Also never called an ambulance, just called my mum. I hope you’ve found something to help you manage?

But not as impressively click baity as suspected heart attacks so our Jack probably wasn’t too impressed with the speculative diagnosis and never mentioned it again.

I find anxiety attacks often cause trouble breathing, gasping for breath, and feeling that I can't fill my lungs unless I lean my torso forward. Palpitations and dizziness too, but not always.

But...the thing is, I know objectively what it is. In the moment I am panicking of course, but I've never thought "oh could this be a heart attack?" In fact when I first started getting attacks I thought it was asthma.

In general, I find it odd that a woman in her 20s - as she was at the time - would assume she was having a heart attack...ESPECIALLY if she had a history of anxiety, which Jack claims to have.

My armchair diagnosis? Attention seeking. (not a lady doctor, Your Honour)

Tbf whomst amongst us wouldn’t have a heart attack upon learning they’re being evicted by their sugar mama from their gorge West London mews 🤷🏻‍♀️

I see she answered my query about the 2 dinners last night when people are in poverty and she actually had her pot noodle tonight. I would love to know if she was being paid for the pot noodles as she was all about the Asda 20p noodles for most of last year. I’m sure pot noodle don’t care who flogs their stuff but they are hardly going to be able to get all the fitness influencers to pose with it.

During the 2016 the year I like to call Isis went nuts with the old attacking the west and I being a sleep deprived new mum sat and watched them unfold on the BBC news had a panic attack ( suspected heart attack) and got an ECG. Reader it was not a heart attack but anxiety.

Also the only person I told was my husband because he needed to mind the baby while I went and got sorted. No drama, no pics.. just done.

Anxiety attacks can be terrifying, yeah!! Especially if you start thinking it's a heart attack, and end up panicking harder 😭

What a bleeping day. Had a lovely
all-clear mammogram
earlier today and now this ❤❤❤ sending extra Dreamies for your stripey cat, @Pocahontas.
Oh and thank(space)you @Emmapism for the sweary thread title inspo.
So happy it was all clear, but sorry you had that worry to go through. Mrs. B (shes said I could mention it on the thread) had a similar situation last year, and it was all fine too, thankfully. A worrying time though. Really happy for your result ☺️

Assuming she's using a public hospital, I wonder how much taxpayers money she's wasted. Probably feed a few hungry kids, eh.

I've been in hospital a lot in the last six years, first with surgery then complications from surgery. I hate being there, it's not an adventure or a fun time. I never want to go to A&E because I feel like a fraud when I see kids with broken limbs and all the other sights you see.
