You mean when she stopped doing anything to listen to what was being said in her ear?At about 13 mins in, did someone shout in her ear "Jack this is truly terrible, we are donating your fee to a charity of our choice"? Because it honestly looked like she was about to burst into tears.
Could it have been Mr forearms?!At about 13 mins in, did someone shout in her ear "Jack this is truly terrible, we are donating your fee to a charity of our choice"? Because it honestly looked like she was about to burst into tears.
I wondered if it was the roast potatoes from her breakfast.I believe the residue in the roasting tin was probably from the pre-cooked batch from earlier. Sitting out all day so effectively salmonella juice rendering the new chicken inedible.
I thought she had forgot to put the pineapple on the base. was a bit disappointed really. There was a very good point made at the end of the last thread: it wasn't upside down. It should have been called cinnamon chicken with pineapple.
Do we think she realises that pineapple upside down cake is so named because it is, in fact, cooked upside down?

When she was asked about promoting canned food, I felt her answer wasn't strong - she came off as trying to apologise for canned vs healthy and trying to claim that canned is just as healthy as fresh fruit (which I don't think it is?)
Answer should have been: canned food is convenient to have in your cupboard- you don't have to worry about using it up in a certain time frame, good to have in pandemic times when you can't just go out all the time to pick things up, and (I can't believe she didn't make this point), canned food is often what people using food banks have to use.
I've never bought much tinned fruit before but I now make sure I have a can or 2 in the cupboard. I like fruit with yoghurt at lunch and sometimes I run out of fresh the day or 2 before my grocery delivery. I also keep some tins/frozen food in as my emergency if-I-have-to-self-isolate supplies.
I thought she was going to turn it out, like a cake, so that the pineapple was at the bottom. Can you imagine the chaos which would have ensued if she had attempted that, though?I thought she had forgot to put the pineapple on the base. was a bit disappointed really.
