Thank you for this, this must be why I thought it was attached to the house. She didn’t move in there as all her books would be moldy within a week!

Moreover I don’t think she has electricity in hers? Potentially mithering about something I know f all about as every garage is different but I strongly suspect she’ll have a garage door behind her (horribly breezy, pests could get in via it too) and the end she’s photographed will be facing the house so will be where plug sockets etc are if you have them. Not that you could leave a heater plugged in but in winter he must have very limited natural light with no lamps, I’m not an animal lover (sorry guys) but this is so fucked up. If wood rots in this environment what will it do to a mammal’s body?

There is no insulation at all, it must be freezing. No amount of sponge floor tiles will change that, the tiles don't go under the hutch anyway. That hutch is on the cold hard concrete, which as like as not, will not have a damp proofing membrane.

She says that Dash has more space than she does. Dash has a prison hutch in the corner of a cold bare garage piled up with umpteen chairs. Jack has a four bedroom two bathroom house shitty bungalow. No comparison.

Great poll and thread name I lurked during thread 1 and I popped my JM cherry () during the JO business (I think) got blocked by her for pointing something out that she didn’t like (sound familiar) and was already a member on here (thanks to Velvet Ghost and GG being shit ) and knew there was a thread on her so cracked on.

Also looking at that photograph of her garage, It does have electricity, you can see the sockets at the bottom left BUT..........

the main door was open to make it look lighter than it really would be. How do I know this? because one of the things I noticed is the control for the electric roller shutter garage door, connected to the sockets. It is the box on the wall above the sockets and has a light on. I know this because it is exactly the same as the one my in-laws have, and they are really posh. The light only comes on when the door is open. Fancy.
