It is soooo tiny. I dare say the new build with pokey rooms was bigger than this house! Hilarious how the biggest room upstairs is her dressing room lol a space to fit all her tents in

She's mental to think that sofa goes and actually looks nice in that room. It is hideous, I couldn't cope without a lamp and a side table next to mine and them imagine opening the door and smacking the sofa all the time. If she wants a armchair I would put a 2 seater and a armchair in it. The TV looks to big for the room as well. Seems like a really narrow living space!!!
