I was just saying on N thread, far from a waste of time. This case has the potential to be the first big case to properly test Cocos law, it’ll certainly lay down tests going forward.

I think what occurred over the summer was horrific and a clear indication we need the law to protect people from stalking, harassment, dangerous allegations, revenge porn etc.

It’s €80 to apply for that order; so it’s not free, they’re not handed out like jelly beans, so she clearly met the criteria.
 
Weather you like N or not what she’s gone through the last few months was horrendous, she shouldn’t have been on lives with R at 15 but neither should L or any adult for that matter, R has been let down by every adult in his life his mother is a disgrace, N was abused as a child, she’s autistic, went through domestic abuse, sold herself online, L went through a ton of tit in her life too SA, weird upbringing, Domestic abuse, these are all damaged people, N seems to be trying her best to change for the better, I hope R grows up a bit and gets better people in his life to help him, as for L it’s bleeping tragic she’s almost 40 has been in court for possibly stalking and harassment lost her career, her friends, her self respect, I really hope this court thing knocks some sense into her and she goes offline for a considerable amount of time and leaves all this tit there, as much as I don’t like her anymore I’d hate to see her lose anything further. L I know you read here just stop now it’s done.

I don’t think L will ever change though. She lives for the chaos like her idols from the heroin chic 00s. It’s fucked up
 
L won’t change. I came to know L through her doing this to Tignam, herself and Claire balding. It’s always been someone, she repeats the same thing. I think this is why N needs to see this through, continue with her criminal case with the restraining order in place, and have L do drug treatment/probation as directed by the court, because she doesn’t see anything wrong with how she is, she’s made too much money from it.

However, she was on live yesterday with Skippy shiting on about all sorts...She will leave N alone now cause shes been forced by the law etc.. But she wont ever change... She will just go onto the next person to drag down..

But I hope the next person goes through the courts too to stop her... it seems it's the only way.. What a sad, pathetic individual she is...

Cannot stand Tignam but she used to be pally with Lindsay and she used to give Luna all of Hanas hand me downs. Then Tigs started to tell L how to act on line and to stop being so ott, needless to say L told her to duck off (rightly so) but then they started dragging her online. Nowhere near the extent of N but herself and Claire were not nice about her then it fizzled out.
