The paranoia of the statement and refusal to look at herself screams too many nights on the sesh. I know people in that Pete Farrell group, that's the lifestyle. Giving up the drink is an even bigger sign that the partying got out of control and she needed to stop. Now she's back on it, things are gonna go from bad to worse

Dr. Not Qualified here: I've been reading a lot about women and ADHD recently, and reckon L might have it. Just thinking about self reflection in particular, that often people with ADHD can ruminate on negative feelings like shame, guilt, anxiety, than on what caused it. It affects your ability to make decisions, think clearly, control emotions and relate to others. There's also a real fight or flight element to how processing conflict. I've a mate exactly like this, and it had gone untreated for years, and really exacerbated paranoia, rage and depression. She fully convinced herself people were scheming about her behind her back, both in work and in our group of friends. Reading Lindsay's statement again, it really makes me think that this is what's happening. My mate got diagnosed and is on meds and she says that she felt peace for the first time in her life since she was little. I genuinely see so much of this situation in Lindsay's. I hope whatever is wrong she can get it sorted. It's not right to be so anxious and paranoid, losing mates and work.
 
Galz let’s not be diagnosing people, it’s not fair and it’s stigmatising. So many symptoms overlap with others for various diagnosis’ of neurodivergence and mental illness. BPD, ASD and ADHD all overlap for example. Many of those symptoms you listed overlap with CPSD+PTSD. Unless you sit down with L for an assessment as a specialist, leave your theories and quasi-diagnosis out of it. Furthermore, having any of the above diagnosis’ doesn’t excuse toxic actions taken that hurt others.

In fairness, and with what we can see now, L “leaked” this with no receipts, no proof, no nothing.

edit to add: I’m not saying Ramona wasn’t BU. There was other evidence. But L’s apparent Inside knowledge just seems fishy to me now and more of a way to centre herself in the narrative
