The child came to associate shouting in their house with mom and dad fighting? That is abnormal behavior to your dad getting excited about a game he is watching on tv. I remember myself at that age running to see what it was on tv that was getting my dad excited and joining in the cheering , knowing jack tit about the game just enjoying my dad's excitement.

I agree. Apart from one thing. It isn’t Elsie. For me, it’s telling which daughter it actually is. And the fact that she waited until her mum was in the room to kick up the fuss that would get her dad in to trouble. The youngest by many years is just sitting there, not bothered at all. It’s nature as well as nurture there I’m afraid. Some of the other videos show some worrying traits in one of the girls as well, esp in her domineering behaviour towards the other. It isn’t nice to see and what’s worse is that the parent taking the videos (ahem) seems to be encouraging rather than correcting it.

The other displays some lovely traits such as when she turns back, in the middle of all their excitement at receiving surprise presents, to thank her mum, totally unbidden.

They are still very young and shouldn’t be discussed online. But the patterns of behaviour are plain to see in what Alice puts out there.

I wish Ioan had custody of one of them in particular, to get her out of there, poor soul. The other is, and always has been, a mini mAlice.

Compared to people who have had their kids slaughtered in such a way that the authorities are using DNA to ID the bodies rather than subject the parents to viewing their dead child.

AE: Fibro is apparently not an inflammatory disease ( but who knows?) I only take it when I can’t cope with the pain anymore and I take it pretty much as a placebo. Exercise DOES help, but I’m at the stage now where it also puts me in bed for three days and I can’t afford to do that with two kids. So I soldier on. My kids know I’m sick. But they don’t really understand why there are days when I can take them places, and others where it hurts if they even touch me ( let alone jump on the bed!)

AE: I have a friend who had it for four years only to find out it was actually a very slow-growing ( and treatable, thank god) form of cancer. I have had several MRIs to check for more insidious things that show up on the brain. But next year I lose my health insurance unless I can get a job. The MRIs at least put your mind at rest for things like Motor Neurone and other awful diseases.

AE: The psoriasis is quite recent! It seems to have set in when my husband left. Huge red patches on my face and in my scalp. It hurts to wash my hair. My Rheumatologist, who is actually wonderful, thinks I have sero-negative RA too. I’ve tested both negative and positive for Lyme Disease. And I have Hashimotos antibodies.

She is a hypochrondriac too.

So now Ioan gets blamed for her alleged psoriasis. FFS. :rolleyes: The RA was a recent addition & now there's a mention of Hashimoto. What next?
I agree, she's setting the stage for her being unable to work so he'll have to pay out more so she can spend her time on SM & getting pissed. :rolleyes:

Thanks for that. I did remember watching the video and assumed that it must have been the younger daughter, as the reaction seemed quite childish. Sad that the older child is already mimicking her mum (histrionics to what, to most people, are normal events etc). It may be though that as the older, and favoured child she is more under the thrall of her mum.

I too wish the little’un could get more time with her dad. But both girls need that.

I don't believe her either.
She's so transparent with her new image of nicey nicey & all sympathetic when we know damn well she has no real empathy but it all gives her the perfect excuse to turn it all back around to her favourite subject - herself!
She can compete with Bianca for who is the nicest as well as who suffers more.
Get in little digs at Ioan (psoriasis) & passive aggressive how she struggles alone with the kids, etc.
She gains a tit load of sympathy & attention.

Oh, and don’t forget the cakes, remember she said she and the girls enjoy ordering meals and having cake. I guess Alice didn’t know cake equals lots of calories which leads to weight gain, especially if do nothing more than spend most of your life in bed looking up different ailments on the internet you can claim you have. We mentioned the rope skipping here, and magically she now has a “plausible” excuse as to why a person suffering from at least 5 extremely hard to diagnose ailments can skip rope just fine but cannot find the strength to look for a JOB!!😂

Poor Bianca, my heart goes out to her, I don't have MS but another autoimmune disease which causes severe, chronic pain. I've cried like that when it's been unbearable and you'd rather cut your legs off that tolerate another minute of it... I'm glad she's receiving treatment which is helping keep it under control as best as possible <3

If I was IG, I’d demand a qualified doctor’s diagnosis for each of the ailments she claims she has, her word is worth less than nothing. If Alice is talking she’s sure to be lying.
 
Thank God Ioan finally got the courage to leave. Her addiction to SM/ need for constant attention (today is a doozy), coupled with a tag-your-it approach to finding a new health issue to claim as her own would have been exhausting and caused so much anxiety and upset.
