settle out of court doesnt mean that you have an informal agreement, it's an stipulation that ends up being signed by a judge and is enforced as if a judge ordered it. He would not be a mug if he did it (just like he did it with the house) unless he is handing Alice full custody.

If you let a judge decide he could enforce very inconvenient custody schedules (of course most judges do continue to encourage parents to sort something out on their own, but if they could they wouldnt have gone before a judge first place), especially for a working actor. They would be both very unreasonable if they let it go to the judge (although I guess you cant blame Ioan too much for it if Alice insists on something as unreasonable as sole custody)

Didn't Ioan get a temporary court order signed by a Judge already? It's the Saturday visitation and facetime etc. We know that is not being adhered to by Alice so why would this be different?

With abusers, AB said "the conflict is the goal." She also says correctly that PA is considered child abuse and that it needs to be nipped in the bud early which it clearly wasn’t. AB basically says that going for collaborative was not a good idea due to Alice not acting in good faith (to say the least). It wasted time and money and then IG had to start over again.

AB said trials are expensive and Ioan needs to sit tight and not run to the Judge before the July date and wait for Alice to duck up, as she has done in the past. The DVRO will duck up her custody demands. She even said that if Ioan gets full custody that AE will be liable for child support (LOL). I can imagine Alice going on welfare to try to avoid paying that.

Agreed, she was the one that took it this far, so court it is! She's already fucked him and herself over financially (dumb witch!) I hope the courts scare the bleeping shite outta her 💅

Wasn't Alice quite rude about brunettes? Is she going to box bleach her daughter's hair? (Someone call Brad Mondo) No more junk food or fun days with your mates if Alice drags her daughter into every modelling agency in town (and the embarrassment of your mom looking like Honey Boo Boo's mom prior to her surgery/weight loss) I hope getting into the swanky high school is really worth it for the eldest one as the mouth always wants payback, because lets face it without her Ioan wouldn't have had a career 😜 (yet ironically he's managed to be cast in BB4) I hope she doesn't go all Teri Shields on Ella 😫

Oh boy. I think you are underestimating this franchise. First movie in 1994, second in 2005, third a couple of years ago. All good ratings and they have a huge budget for this. People are fickle and most fans of the franchise don't are that he was “cancelled”. We still don’t know how big Ioans role is but there was a press release about him so that leads me to believe this is a decent size part.

I hope you are right. I’d love to see Ioan in a hit film, especially if he has a big juicy part which would lead to many more film offers.

this doesnt mean much. the first few days you usually try out the outfits, and then the garderobe team makes further adjustments until the shooting. He quite possibly hasnt even shot a scene yet. In fact most announced actors are currently not in Atlanta from what I can gather, they seem to focus on Lawrence and Smith's scenes first

he may also be shooting his scenes not in one block like many actors do, but with a few weeks space between them (would actually be good for his time with the kids) or his block/scenes are later.

Of course we dont know when they went to Atlanta. Bianca only posted a hotel pic when the announcement was out (must be a breathe of fresh air for Ioan after Alice spoilt all of his previous job announcements), which was end of april, and a few days later they were back in LA. They were still in LA in mid april-ish (Bianca followed the photographer of the telegraph shooting there). So it's hard to say. If he doesnt go anymore to Atlanta it's certainly a tiny role though.

this is true, my point is more that legally it doesnt matter how you've reached a stipulation. Whether the judge decided it or you agreed with each other. Legally it has the same effect once the judge signs it.

Of course the thing in this case about going to court is that for Alice it can only get worse than it is now and for Ioan it can only get better than it is now. Even if he gets a crappy judge that awards Alice with sole custody (legal is impossible anyway) visitation times even for abusive fathers are far more than just 6 hours per week, let alone a non-abusive one. So it is clear who has the biggest interest to settle out of court. But Ioan has to a lesser extent too obviously, because it's just so much more convenient if you yourself can build custody around work and plan holidays rather than when the judge decides it for you.

True but as AB noted, AE is like AH and doesn't seem to be able to think long term. She is still PAing them too so delays work in her favour.

Surely it will be stipulated that custody arrangements will accommodate his need to work? After all, he's the only breadwinner in the family.

Yes. She said that they would be grateful if someone hit on them unlike hot blondes like her who have to fight them off. How things have changed lol.

I wonder does Ella bleach AE's hair? It's not a professional job, that's for sure.
