This is not true, its actually common for people with MS to go into remission when pregnant. Do they honestly believe there's noone with MS who has had kids? There are people born with many conditions which affect them severely such as missing limbs, musculoskeletal ect but still go on to have healthy pregnancies and are able to care very well for their children. MS does not mean no kids. Yes, there are certain medications which can't be taken in pregnancy but there are ways around this and every situation is different, plus I'm sure B would have lots of support, or they could use surrogacy, adopt, there are many options.
