Unless I didn’t hear it, she most definitely didn’t mention in her vlog that this woman was a family friend. It seems she has this obsession with buying and paying for things for her family and people from back home, almost like she wants to show she is the most successful. She can easily trump them but not people in her industry so probably feels more comfortable going on trips with them rather than her influencer friends. Still good she donated but I thought she went through JustGiving’s website and organically chose a cause she felt passionate about. Tamara is a bit like this, always mentioning how she wasn’t the favourite growing up and her parents didn’t believe she would be successful as an influencer. It’s like a childhood trauma of forever trying to prove to their parents that they are worthy and holding a grudge for supporting their siblings more than them.

She's definitely doing it for the optics and head pats. If it was a family friend I'd speak to my family and we'd put in a joint amount 'from the X family'. This is just a way to get everyone to think she's so generous.

Tacky is her middle name, especially since in most cases, she didn’t even buy what she was stuffing into the Dior packaging! It was mostly loot she’d been gifted and didn’t want to keep.

I about died laughing about the two advent calendars she was going to gift but changed her mind about. She tore into the Armani one, opened up all the little packages inside and decided it was too nice to gift to the relatives and decided to keep it for herself. So, in other words, she’s just regifting all the “stuff” she doesn’t want and not picking a thoughtful gift for friends and loved ones. Why bother, Vic?

I’m sure that Armani appreciated her gesture, too!

She most definitely did! Tried to add a bit of luxe to her mittens and socks she was gifting that year (to her mother no less). Plus, she didn’t even have to spend money on the gift wrap. A double win for the cheap and cheesy Vic.

I felt insulted watching the dior packaging. I am not good at gift wrapping, but I find the process of buying a nice Christmasy wrapping paper so relaxing and therapeutic....it is a shame she does not see the appeal. This would make her so relatable, Inspiring and add a nice personal touch to each gift...I find her content so bad and empty....shame
