I honestly cannot fathom why she does her own hair and make up for a huge event like the Venice film festival. This is her time TO SHINE. How does she not see that? Everything she does falls so flat. Where is her team? Her husband needs to put on her dress? Wtf? She’s such an amateur

This girl is an influencer from my country with only 250k followers, that’s 1/5th of Vic. But at least this girl understood the assignment and hired a hair and make up artist and got a tailored dress. Take note Vic, this is how you nail a red carpet look. She was also invited by armani beauty which makes Vic look even worse, only difference is she had a whole beauty team with her and Vic only brought ThE HuSbAnD

(also, this girl’s post got more likes in 3 hours than Vic’s in a day, her engagement is so so low)

The only time she has a hair stylist and makeup artist for events is when the brands (i.e., Dyson) pay for it. Vic would NEVER pay for it herself. If husband-not-brother could do makeup and hair, she'd probably throw him a few bones for it lol

Someone explain this please this. Don’t brands and businesses look at engagement as well as followers?? She’s worked with Dyson for a while; if she’s not got any sales with her influencing than why would they keep giving her more?

they should but I don’t think they do! If it was me, I’d want to see how many comments, likes etc before working with someone. But I think they just see 1.2m followers and go with them 🤷

Also I would love to see how many sales she actually makes for someone like Dyson, I reckon it might be one or two but surely not thousands…
 
I always assumed that companies giving influencers discount codes (eg VickyBROW20) would then monitor how many were used to see if they are even making the money back, but they just can’t be can they?

i cannot wait for this influencer bubble to burst, we must be nearly there, surely?

And especially for something like a Dyson. Normal people can't afford to buy a new Airwrap every time Vic does sponsored content for a new colorway. Same with the headphones. If someone bought them the first time she hawked them (lol let us never forget the football helmet air flow thing), they surely wouldn't go out and buy the ones with the interchangeable caps too. Makeup I could see her getting decent engagement, especially since she there's usually a code and every perfume seems to have a free sample if you click a link.

Alex constantly looks like he'd rather be somewhere else when they pose for photos together.
