Does she need a dictionary because she is not a newspaper or a magazine. Just write AD Vicky, it’s not hard

She thinks she's Anna Wintour. 🤣 She's like Lydia Millen, always trying to make herself sound more upscale than she is.

I also think she's being sneaky because, when you're scrolling on social media, "AD" visually pops out more than "advertorial." She's disclosing it but she's still trying to hide it in some way.

Watching her most recent vlog and I have to applaud her on not trying to lie to us all that her goals are on track. It was nice to hear her acknowledge she's not meeting her goals. A refreshing change from her delusional attempts to insistently try to impress us with claims of being always SUPER BUSY and SUPER on her goals.

That said... genuinely. Since releasing her collaboration YEARS ago, has she ever once showed support for Strathberry? Or is her support for the brand only when she has monetary incentive?

EDITED: oops I commented too soon. In the last bit she did a 180º and had to remind that she's super busy and getting thousands of comments and questions. There you are, Vicky!!

I actually used to enjoy Victoria's content but recently the advertising and freebies and travelling has got to me.

I felt angry about influencers getting free trips to Taylor Swift, some going more than once. I think the influencer marketing age is declining. I think it is a valid way of advertising products (as long as declared) but it is becoming so off putting as a consumer and customer seeing the materialistic money grab and OTT travel from so many influencers of late.

Looks like she's in Barcelona with 111Skin, so looking forward to her gushing about a skin care brand being the absolute dream and innovative despite it being a brand I've hardly heard her talk about. View attachment 3134429 q
Because skincare has so much to do with going on a trip to Barcelona?
111skin is obviously amping up the influencers - they were included in Lorna Luxes look fantastic beauty box this month.
Nothing turns me off a brand more (especially an expensive one), then giving these influencers free holidays and over the top freebies. These people will jump from product to product, know nothing about skincare or chemicals and couldn’t probably pronounce the ingredients in the bottles. I want to know about skincare from someone’s who’s actually studied it, looks at my skin and says “yes xyz could be good for the concerns you’re having”

I actually really like 111skin but, like a lot of products I’ve used for years, their turning me against them when I know the money I spend on expensive products is being used to send people like this on holiday?!
Like Dyson, why r we paying ridiculous amounts for their products and they’re giving them out like hotcakes to Victoria.

I’ll stick to getting my skincare advice from my fully trained and qualified beautician and nurse practitioner thanks. 🙏
