I thought the same, just the language in general isn't the most effusive about how great the trip was, how amazing it was to spend time with family etc, which you'd expect (particularly if someone has treated you, although questions over whether that happened, maybe brother and partner tagged along and then had to overspend to keep up with the rest of the trip?).There’s definitely an air of tension in that post from the brother, not husband. I can’t imagine coming back from a “trip of a lifetime” and including in the top points that “in hindsight you probably did too much”.
I went back to check if we maybe read it wrong and she did not say she pay for the tickets outright but she actually did lol. Cannot believe she really said she “booked 6 plane tickets”. She is deliberately humiliating her family members by implying they cannot afford to pay for their own trip.

Why has she barely had her feet on the ground in any of the shots from the trip? At one point she was clearly trying to do a David and Victoria piggyback, but there have been several shots of this nature. Why?! Are those shoes totally unsuitable for the actual ground?
“We only just fit into this SUV”.
It’s giving Victoria during fashion week, moan moan moan about everything instead of realising their own privilege and being grateful.
Vlog day tomorrow. Do you think Little Miss Work Shy will put one out?
The Yukon XL can fit 7 or 8 people. Just fit my ass.
The SUV must've cost them a fortune in gas lol.
It sounds like Alex didn’t have the best childhood, has tried to talk it out with his family but they were dismissive about it. Victoria and Alex mentioned something like this about a year ago. The copious amounts of tattoos, depression and reliance on someone else shows Alex didn’t get the best upbringing. For example, psychologists suggest those who get tattoos are sub-consciously looking for a coping mechanism and escape from deep rooted issues. It’s a form of self harm, actively getting needles poked into you. He probably has unresolved trauma that he won’t solve without a therapist. He tried it once, didn’t like the therapist and is now adamant therapy isn’t for him instead of trying again with someone else, which they have the money to do unlike the average person. This is coming from someone who has tattoos btw, I don’t mean offence to anyone. Whatever his parents did or didn’t do, hats off to him for sharing things like that online and not having shame in missing out on a stereotypically normal upbringing. I’m sure in time (when Vic needs a clickbait title and boost in engagement) she’ll keep using Alex by getting him to slowly drip out his personal issues on her channel and we’ll find out more.I think you’ve had to have had your driving license for at least 3 years for you to be able to be insured to drive in the US. Not 100% sure but I recall a friend not being able to drive their hire car cos they’d only had their license for a few months.
I quite enjoyed seeing the sights on this vlog but it was spoiled by all the shilling of products and HC stuff. Also, Alex (the brother not husband) sounds exactly like Alex (the husband not brother). The voice tone, pitch and accent are identical!
I do wonder what’s happened with Alex and his family for them to cut all ties. Vic dad mentioned it and said he now has a family with them. I recall Alex and his brother and possibly dad, going away on a trip together not long ago?
