On a kind of serious note, does anyone feel awful for Spencer?

My little girl is such a mummy's girl and at one point she'd scream if she wasn't with me and would basically throw herself out of her dad's arms to get to me. It broke my heart how sad he was by it. Now she's more than happy with him and only really wants me when poorly, teething or tired which is fine and it's so lovely to see her put her arms out foe him and cuddle him etc..

So when I see videos of Imogen and she's trying to take Renalia's attention from her own DAD, I feel horrendous for Spencer. Because like someone said, it's obvious she feels safer and more comfortable with Spencer and the opposite around Imogen. Why does she hate the thought of Spencer and his DAUGHTER having a bond? Because it's as clear as the massive lips on her face that she hates it. Spencer must feel so shit.

I can guarantee that once they have another baby, she won't mind them having that bond then when she's a new baby to terrify.

She's so OTT and surely she notices that Renalia thinks 'if I'd know this would be how my mum is, I'd have crawled back up.'

Absolutely! I think in recent videos you can see how annoyed he secretly gets but doesn’t try to show it, but you can tell from his face.

personally from growing up without a dad, I encourage my baby and their dad to have the strongest bond possible. He adores them and wants to do everything possible when he isn’t working and I let him. My view is that my child is half of HIM. Although I grew them and have been on mat leave with them, he has equal rights and responsibility. He should have that bond with his child. I don’t understand why imogen thinks she’s more entitled to her child than he is.

she’s just completely going to damage the relationship with her child by doing what she’s doing and it’ll backfire on her 100%. If they ever separated she’d have a sharp shock of reality at to how much rights Spencer actually has.

Exactly this.

My partner works 5 days a week, 12 hours a day and when he gets home, he sits and plays with them while i do tea etc. Then, despite me doing the cleaning and everything with the kids all week, I do tea and cleaning and tidying and most things at the weekend too, so he has that extra time with them. He barely sees them through the week so it makes up for it. I'm KNACKERED but he let's me lie in for an hour and gets up with them. It works for us and it's meant that he hasn't lost out as much as he could have.

Plus. I'm doing a degree and he takes them out for 2 hours on a Sunday morning so I can do that. I couldn't imagine trying to prevent him doing anything with them or trying to take his attention away.

My eldest is naturally a daddy's biy and youngest naturally a mummy's girl and I'm sure it'll change as they get older but imagine FORCING it.

She's disgusting and like you said if they split, she'll shit the bed.

P.S. does she ever put shoes on that fecking child’s feet? Why doesn’t she try walking around everywhere outside without anything on her feet and see if she likes it 😤

As someone who has worked in early years childcare for the last 10 years, the way she continuously pronounces the phonetic sounds SO wrong each time and continuously claims she is teaching children is really really irking me.
Yea, you do sometimes have to be over the top and dramatic to get them involved but not to the extreme she does. I’ll admit she has dialled it back, but she just needs to fuck off

This is what gets me too.

I actually don’t mind her vids of her just reading a story / doing a dance.
But the ones of her attempting to “teach” are just awful because she’s literally teaching the wrong sounds / pronunciation 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. It’s beyond embarrassing man.
It’s purely because if she does these videos all she needs to do is copy Miss Rachel.
If she does her own story time / dances she has to use her brain & she has 0 creativity to do that.
How can she NOT hear that “puh” pink have different sounds? 🙄.
Shs has 0 idea what’s she’s bloody doing, like do some CVC words ffs - but again, I don’t think Miss Rachel has covered them so who would she be able to get the video idea from?
