Instamums with sleep training bother me
I didn't do any of that tit and my son has slept through since he was 5 weeks old and the 4 month sleep regression only lasted a week and a half
You’re lucky. My 6 month old still wakes multiple times a night but that’s what babies do - it’s normal infant behaviour. My first was a sleeper and slept 12 hours from 7 weeks old but my second one doesn’t. We’ve done nothing differently.

It annoys me when influencers push sleep training as the magic answer to everything as it’s an expensive thing for people to commit to and doesn’t work for every child long term. And I couldn’t let my baby cry just so I got more sleep.

Exactly. I remember i went out for lunch with my dad and my son and he started crying (literally for 2 minutes because he was hungry) and this couple shot us some daggers and my dad went to them "hes a baby, they cry, you would have as well" nd honestly I swear half of the reason people seem to forget that is these insta mums that try to act like parenting is a walk in the park with no issues and every baby is able to be programmed like a god dam iPhone

Can someone correct me if I’m wrong but that most recent story of her baby in the car seat… isn’t she shitting a little too upright or doesn’t that not matter? Because I’m awfully confused.

OF COURSE you had eczema too when you were a child 😒

Poor baby is probably just allergic to imo’s baboon lips!

Is she sitting too upright too much? Like it looks like she’s in a seat for one year olds if that makes any sense at all.
I mean I’m not an expert but normally them sort of car seats are from newborn until 13kg. Well my one was. So she should be fine like that, especially as it’s on an isofix base. Maybe it’s just the angle of the photo that’s making her look more upright 😊 the hood / fluffy coat won’t be helping her be supported / her head being flush with the back of the seat. Also very dangerous because the straps won’t be as tight to her chest and in a crash she’d be flung out of that seat so quickly.
