He has been raiding Grimo's opiate pain pills again, in my opinion.
Honestly, thats what i think he has been doing. Hence the weight loss, his pupils always being like pin pricks, his disheveled appearance, and the stark difference from a couple of years ago.
I know this theory was laughed at in the past, but it isnt beyond the realms of possibility. Grimmo has said in the past she is on tramadol, morphene etc. So it would be quite easy for Spenny to take her meds.
I have had my own battles with opiate pain pills so i know how they can change you, and honestly this is my guess with Spencer.
All this is me speculating and i might be wrong, but it is my guess.

I actually found the last video disturbing, Spencer is 100% on opiates.
I was the daughter of an addict, my mum was addicted to tramadol and morphine. The way he’s pale, his eyes are sunk and tiny pupils, the way his jaw moves, the slurrin, everything reminds me of my mum.

I am so sorry you went through that. I have had my own issues with opiates and honestly they are the worst bleeping things in the world. I wish i could go back in time to when the doctor first prescribed me them so i could turn it down.
But i think you are right, and thats why i posted something similar. I remember when i said something ages ago and most people scoffed at the idea, but it is totally possible that he has been taking her meds! I think some people when drugs, specifically opiates are mentioned, think about Heroin. And i dont for one minute think he is on heroin! But i would bet on him being on her pain meds. As you say, there are so many signs there.
If he is on them, i hope he manages to get the help he needs. Its a horrible thing to go through, and it will have such an impact on his daughter as well.
Tbh i wouldn't be surprised if she got him hooked on them as a way to trap him, she seems very controlling like that.

Yeah and then she'd act like the saviour for him and she was able to help him from harming himself etc, and probably try to make a profit from it all. I can see them getting divorced in the next 5 years from the state of them and the relationship.
And dont get me started on her tiktoks, i dont get the aim to be a 'sexy pregnant' mum its just weird towards her very young followers that she wishes to be sexy too, They dont wanna see your fanny or tits
Surely that’s worrying if a baby is coming into the mix?
