So I'm about to start thread 8, so apologies if it's already been discussed previously but what did you ladies make of the 2 (maybe 3?) videos where Imo & Spenny do the supermarket shop and baking thing with Ben for shelters/charity? It just seems out of character for her to actually donate but that being said the videos were manic and mostly just Imo "crying".

Did I imagine it or was she then surprised the shelters would not accept cooked meals during a pandemic? Did that happen or am I losing it?

Yeah I think you're right about this BC she had to call several different places. I don't really understand tbh why they got Ben to do all the baking??? Obviously for content but it would have been quicker, probably cheaper, and likely more accepted from the shelters to just mass buy boxes treats from the supermarket

She was taking the credit but doing none of the work! Well no, that's not fair, she made those phone calls 🤷‍♀️

Same! Imagine if instead of doing a "I SPENT £500 ON AMAZON" influencers would do a "I donated x pounds worth of food to the foodbank" video. They could even mention that foodbanks have a list of items they really need on their website, give out links and encourage their followers to do a small donation if they can afford to do so... I'm not trying to turn this into a "Damned if you do/damned if you don't" type of thing so sorry if that's how it comes across! I definitely appreciate that they donated food and raised some kind of awareness to the issue but just think the weird challenges for views is bad taste. And I don't see how anyone can think that donating freshly baked goods or cooked meals is a good idea when they usually request non-perishable goods. To me, it just looks like they wanted to come across as really charitable when they had no idea what they were doing.

I genuinely do not understand the entire family including Spenny, absolutely more than a few screws loose. Imo does not behave like a grown woman at all. Those videos felt like they were radiating excitement rather than awareness. Just so odd. I'm all for donating clothes, but Christ, if I was at rock bottom in a women's shelter and got her hand me downs caked in fake tan and foundation, I'd rather wear a binbag. She could have easily done a PLT haul as usually but not for herself.
 
Actually had an idea for a video. If you read this, Imo, you're welcome baby princess!

She could use story time about how her family was "poor" (Florida holidays and private school education type of poor, you know) and how her mum ate nothing but beans on toast during her pregnancy because they had no money and then say how grateful she is for the life she has now (don't forget to manifest angels!) and has decided to give back to charity by donating food to food banks!

Really random but has anyone noticed she has fairly recently started wearing 3 rings on her wedding finger? Looking back at her insta posts in the Summer 2020 she had just the two rings (engagement and wedding) but in more recent posts she seems to have another ring in addition to the other two. I’m really curious what’s with the other ring?

Absolute p*ss take. My mum practically lived off mash and beans when she was pregnant and after because she had next to nothing. Imo seems to always make a small comment here and there about not being well off when growing up. Absolute bs.

Baby prince probably had to buy her an eternity ring to prove they’re the most loving couple as obviously no one else does this. 🙄

OR

and I don’t mean this in a horrible way... it could be due to the weight loss that her wedding and engagement ring are loose. So she could be wearing a smaller size ring to keep them on tight. I’m only saying this as my stepmum did it after she lost a lot of weight.

I can't even look at them anymore, not even in a malicious way, just so uncomfortable with how unwell they both look esp Imo. Idk how she does all these food challenges and practically lives off sugar but is just so skeletal.
