Long time lurker, never commented! But last few pages have been such a shocking reminder of how 'normal' she was. She was always quite OTT and irritating but she worked and had a normal figure, I almost feel sorry for her in terms of how deluded she's become. Does anyone think her huge weight loss coincided with when she met Spencer? I think he seems fairly normal but in a few of the videos he does come across a bit controlling
 
Long time lurker, but I started watching IMO back when she had about 20,000 followers. She had her subscribers on Snapchat and I remember her telling us to feel confident going makeup free and tbh it gave me the confidence to do it. I was so chuffed one time when she replied to a no makeup selfie and I thought “what a nice girl”. I genuinely liked her for her personality, although she’s always been quite OTT. I followed Bensalad on insta, he randomly used to comment on my posts and used to DM me, until his account just randomly disappeared... One time, IMO did a giveaway where she sent people items if they had been following for a long time. TW - I had previously DMed her telling her I had suffered badly with my mental health, including two previous overdoses. What did she send me? Some weird Halloween themed makeup box with the words “makeup overdose” on it. Safe to say I thought it was in poor taste. She claims she reads her DMs and after her latest “mental health” drama on YT is there for her followers, but when she was like this 3 years ago, I find it very hard to believe. She clearly read my DM and chose to just pay attention to the compliments and didn’t read about my struggles. Pisses me off that she’s bought a half a MILLION pound house off the back of dramatising her mental health, when clearly the MH of her hunny princess baby GALZZZZZ is far from her mind. Sorry for the rant, it’s just one of those things that really annoys me.
 
So..I'm so far behind on her videos as I only discovered her channel earlier this year...I folow her on insta and I do see how things she posts are odd and a bit bizarre and I do not understand the ott lovey dovey relationship her and Spenny have. However, I have been recently watching the failed friendship story time videos..now I don't know how much of these stories are true, no one does, but I will just say, in the last part about her being beaten up, I really do feel for her. Those tears seem genuine to me and she really does look broken by it. She mentions it was ten years ago and it obviously still has an affect on her. Now I'm not saying her behaviour now or things she does is acceptable or normal or anything, but in all honesty, if these things happened to you then you would become a different person and I can't even imagine what impact it would have on you and the scars you would have mentally from that.

I honestly think over the years she has become so so insecure and is damaged and her way of dealing with it is to act the way she does; perhaps because of past things she craves sympathy and attention and maybe it has lead her to soften spencer right down to be her pup because thats how she feels safe and protected?

Who knows! And all of this is just a little theory, not wanting to defend her as such and certainly don't want to anger anyone on here saying this, just something my fiance and I were discussing as a way to possibly try to understand her!

Ps this thread keeps me so entertained!

I get what you are saying but the story about her being beaten up has been proven to be false. She said her and laura couldn't go to bouncers or police afterwards as they were underage and scared they would get the club shut down. She then said she immediately found out Laura set her up and it ended their friendship. But there are photos of them together on imogens 18th birthday, so they were still friends when it was legal to go clubbing.

Ohh well yeah that's odd..as I say I am so far behind on her videos so I'm afraid I don't know everything yet! I'm sorry if I'm bringing up stuff that has already being discussed and people aren't interested in! When you're so far behind it takes a while to catch up on things! But thank you for that! :)

Just watched her miss guided haul, so this comment is about influencers in general but imogen just provoked me... it’s still crazy to me how they make so much money from doing tit like this, if you actually listen to what they come out with sometimes it makes very little sense

‘So Christmassy as well because I know we always think that Christmas is like green and red but actually this is such a Christmassy colour for me cos I just feel like it’s that Christmas season when you just want to get cosy and cute and comfy but also wear a nice soft muted colour’

like why say 1000 words when you could say 10?
