And there definitely was the rule that if they said 'I'm a Celebrity....' they lost all the stars they may have got in that trial - now they keep them.I remember when it first started the celebs would come out at the end noticeably thinner due to the not eating- it really showed how hard it was for them. And like others have said the strictness with rules about make up etc. I can’t remember a recent series where the camp mates properly struggled for food- they seem to come back from most trials with a good haul.
I don't think I've ever come across an adult who basically says 'you can't be my friend any more'.

And the year Gillian McKeith was on it!!The year they struggled for food was probably the year Helen Flanagan did it. She would out right refuse to even attempt any of the trials, and of course that meabt the public would keep voting for her to do them.
Considers them family yet will no doubt never see or speak to them again.
