Josie being odds on to win makes me think itv have her future mapped out, bit like tv did with katie price and kerry katona. She is not the girl next door type of person to me. I find her very false.
TV are making josie into someone she isn't by giving her so much airtime on this morning and now I'm a celebrity. If she wins IAC I bet more she will get loads more screen time on TV shows, a new bigger house will follow, cosmetic surgery etc, soon she will be a household name... All too predictable 🙄

I totally agree. But when you remember This Morning call their target audience '"towerblock tracy" its easy to see why they have a clear career path for her.

As a parent of an autistic child can I just say how awesome it is to see SO MANY other exhausted but loving parents on here who totally relate!! I know Sam is annoying and full of energy but he’s not a bad guy. I feel proud that someone is on TV showing the reality of daily behaviours. Maybe my friends/family will watch it and think ‘oh yeah that’s why we never see them’ because we can’t live like normal people.
---
PS still no idea who I want to win! Haven’t taken a particular liking to any of them, they are all just ok 🤷🏼‍♀️

No sorry Sam's mad annoying hahahhaa why are people saying he's cute or funny. Desperate for airtime - Danielle told no lies, we've all said something like that about someone. Who cares if it's bitchy. It's better than listening to Britney wanna be cry.

I like Sam and he can be funny to me. I have a friend who is a lot like him (Also has ADHD) so maybe it's just because I am used to how he behaves. (Also, crying is a normal emotion, would you prefer if she bottled everything up?)

Stop using the ADHD as a cop out. Sam's annoying, end of. Doesn't need to have something "wrong with him" to excuse it. Ahh spare me, she's sobbing every time the camera pans to her.

Guys there are whole threads to discuss ADHD with other ADHDers on to give input to boot 🥱 There’s also a Sam Thompson thread. It’s relevant, but it’s overkill

I reckon the producers are panicking with having created this hotel. They want to mix the contestants up for some reason to change the dynamic? There’s never normally TWO split camps

Josie is so blindingly average on every conceivable level it's no the wonder she is favourite. Whilst by no means unattractive, so just looks bland and wouldn't stand out in a room. No particular talent. Non threatening. Probably hasn't said anything remotely controversial in her life, and if she has it's easily explainable as just Josie from Bristol being babe in the wood. Basically if Josie Gibson can make it in the media anyone can. She is the dream of many ordinary women who still think that a talent scout is going to pluck them from obscurity and get them "on TV". 2023's perfect indentikit presenter.

I think she'll get her own tv show.

God knows why. She hasn’t got any warmth and I’ve always found her very false going back to her days on Big Brother. She developed a weird cult like following of middle aged women who projected on her because of her relationship with John James. The ordinary looking slightly plump girl pulling the house hottie gave them much needed hope. I say ‘pulled’ I don’t think they even so much as gave each other peck on the cheek. He was a massive weirdo who didnt find her remotely attractive. I’ve seen more chemistry between two planks of wood

Here's the current odds on who the bookies think will win:

Ladbrokes’ latest I’m A Celebrity betting:
Josie Gibson – 11/10
Sam Thompson – 5/2
Fred Sirieix- 7/1
Nigel Farage – 10/1
Tony Bellew – 12/1
Danielle Harold – 16/1
Jamie Lynn Spears – 28/1
Frankie Dettori – 33/1
Marvin Humes – 50/1
Nick Pickard – 100/1
Nella Rose – 100/1
How the duck is big lazy arse josie the favourite she’s done nothing! And is not entertaining in the slightest

100 percent spot on with this. They are setting her up to be the permanent face of this morning since Holly left 😡

Just catching up with the thread after last night.
Did anyone else think Grace’s departure was odd?
Usually you see the celeb talking to other camp mates that they’re thinking of leaving/feel unwell, etc and then after going to the Bush Telegraph they return to say goodbye.
We didn’t see Grace at all in last night’s episode - it was as if it was a big secret brushed under the carpet and only announced via a letter.
I found it rather strange.

Yes I wondered what else had happened that we didn’t see, as surely she’d collect up her items and you’d notice if one of your camp mates disappeared for hours, you’d be wondering if they were ok.
