Don't know about you but the entitlement of some customers since Covid is insane. The amount of time I've wanted to snap at someone but I've had to hold back.

Wtaf is wrong with people honestly. Although apparently when I was little I shat in a display toilet in b&q. Poor mother was horrified when she realised and told the staff before leaving immediately!

See, I'd kind of get it if it was a child but this was an adult. I'm guessing it was anyway since they were adult's jeans.

He's grating on me too.
It's not his energy or shouting (well it is as well )
But it's that vocal fry tone he gets when he shouts - ' yeeeaahhhh' - every 5 minutes.
