When she and Farage were both ruled out 'on medical grounds' they both looked surprised. So I presume the judgement is made on the medical examinations and questionnaires they go through beforehand, but they aren't warned in advance they'll be exempt, but told it may happen. Farage must have vertigo. Hence him being in the Outback and not jumping out of the plane or off the building. Maybe Nella too.

They won't know what the trial is until they get there, so even if they know they will be exempt from certain things they won't know which day will be which trial and so will be surprised when they are told they can't be eligible for voting. It week be interesting if they get a far as Cyclone - will Nigel be strong/fit enough?

The very fact that they insist on you calling in rather than texting, and that you’re expected to speak to a manager and not an underling, says that’s exactly what they think when someone is ill 😡 😂

I’ve long had a theory that the campmates are allowed occasional feedback from an agent/someone on the outside.
I’m reading that Nella has suddenly “made up” with Fred, and it makes me suspicious that she’s been told that she’s not coming across well, or has chosen the wrong target.
I see that some viewers are now trying to get people to vote Grace for the trials as they think she’s coasting, and looking to be first out.
If I see on here that she’s suddenly upping her game hoping to avoid being voted for, I’ll be convinced that I’m right 🧐 😂

We asked people to phone in cos we did have a problem with people crying sick when they weren't really. Not saying you are btw! But having to phone in rather than just fire off an email discouraged the slackers.

Boy George said producers tell camp mates what conversations to have and what to ask each other to start conversations so I guess they can also feed them info more likely to make the camp mates want to make up or stay mad at each other.
It’s a bit of scripted reality like MiC or TOWIE I guess

For the medical exemption it might be Nella has a back/neck injury which would be aggravated by a bungee cord bouncing her up and down hence not doing trials at height rather than her weight. Same as Nigel I assume with his old injuries

Oh I do get it :)
It’s a case of the few bringing scrutiny on the many.
Unfortunately though, the slackers are brazen enough to call in and put on their best “sick voice” (I had one co-worker who would do a brilliant agony face so they’d get sent home 😂) and people like me will struggle in when ill because they’ll feel guilty ringing in 😂 c’est la vie though!

Anyway, sorry to divert the thread.

She used to write a Big Brother blog or magazine column back when it was on Channel 4, and she also used to appear on Big Brother's Little Brother. A housemate from the 2008 series called Bex Shiner said Grace called her a fat cow and other things about her apparently.


I think it was a different housemate who said they were suicidal but I could be wrong.

Jamie Lynn definetly replaced him... Or someone else though. She is supposed to still be on DWTS, nobody thought she'd leave so early.

I saw online Nella apparently replaced Alan Halsall?? But that makes it an uneven number of women and men.
