Sorry just seen the clip with Nigel and his daughter, that was so sweet. He was really holding back the tears, very genuine and gentle šŸ©· I am struggling to connect the person I have seen in the jungle to the man I have know in the media for the last number of years (7?).
His daughter did say it was nice for him to be shown on tv how he really was :)

I don't know.. I'm shocked Nige has got this far :) He's redeemed himself a BIT, but there's a lot of being boring and doddering around, he hasn't really done a lot to get in the final four?!
In my opinion the public can see it's being manipulated for him not to have airtime and don't like it. I just don't think his u-turn has been drastic enough to get so many new fans

Look at Josies face every time sheā€™s been in the bottom two itā€™s like she knows the answer already she knows she is safe and the way she stares at Ant and Dec is intense like ā€œI better be safe ITV and I have a dealā€ thereā€™s something off about it and if she gets voted out next and doesnā€™t make the final sheā€™ll be pissed off no matter how much she tries to hide it . Sheā€™s expecting to win this.

I also think Sam is confident believing heā€™s going to win and I do think he has a strong chance of winning. He knows he has a huge fan base with the younger generation and although I agree he can be very attention seeking and overstep boundaries which is disrespectful at times cause yeah he has ADHD but itā€™s up to him to take care of himself and respect other people cause itā€™s not fair to be jumping on people who may not be comfortable with that even though Sam means no harm sometimes you do have to try calm down as hard as that may be but he seems to be a lot nicer than Josie so I would prefer him in the final over her.

As for Tony I still donā€™t get whatā€™s so great about him , I donā€™t think him and Sams friendship is anything special either cause he seems more irritated with him rather that enjoying his company but I could be wrong cause Iā€™m not in there so the friendship could be genuine. As for Nigel putting everything political to the side no matter if you canā€™t stand his views or donā€™t agree with him , heā€™s been polite , nice and made an effort to get along and listen to people in there even if he doesnā€™t agree with them he seems easy going cause he doesnā€™t hold a grudge unlike Nella lol so Iā€™d rather Nigel stay in over Josie. I would love to see josies face if she doesnā€™t get to the final.

As for Marvin thereā€™s no chemistry between him and Rochelle šŸ˜‚ no matter how hard he tries to convince everyone they are in love. It was very awkward seeing the two of them together seemed so forced. He seems nice from whatā€™ve Iā€™ve seen of him in the jungle he wasnā€™t horrible to anyone but he was boring.

Just voted 5 times for Nigel.

On tv just now, someone was saying itv must be bricking it that Nigel is proving popular as they probably invited him in the hope he would say or do something bad and thus dent his reputation but that hasn't happened!
Bestie I feel like such a traitor as I do like a bit of Nige, but he does know how to play the game. He wants a new audience and he isn't going to get that by saying controversial things.

Surprised he made that comment saying the first thing he thought about was women when he's been criticised for being sexist before?

I found the reunions rather pukey and I'm not convinced that none of them knew in advance.
Where were all the camp mates when Rochelle appeared? They were all waiting somewhere for their cues. It made it seem really fake anyway.

The funniest bit was Tony's wife asking how to charge her toothbrush šŸ˜„

They had all gone off to different locations to meet their loved ones

Marv really hammering home his love for Rochelle like his life depends on it šŸ˜…šŸ¤£ almost seems forced...

I mean, I know he hasn't seen Rochelle for some time but it just seems so fake. I knew a woman who's boyfriend would post on social media about how much he loved her and how "blessed" he was to have such a lovely girlfriend. He would post something like that almost every week . He then cheated on her and left her to raise all 3 of their young daughters. Saying things like that constantly, especially on social media always seems really forced.

I know what you mean, I just think people can tell when others have been treated unfairly and he has been by a few people in that camp who clicked together and listened to one person's skewed version of events. It's not really on.

I just find it all hard to reconcile as he seems quite genuine and upfront in what he says. He's not backing down or lying to appease people, he's direct and he's clean and he showers regularly which is more than what some of them appear to do in there šŸ¤£šŸ¤£ I just wish he had stuck around after Brexit was passed instead of fucking off saying his job was done!! (It really wasn't, he only did the easy part).

I really wish the rest of the camp were pulled up on the dirtiness of stuff and rubbish lying around. They definitely were in the past but I genuinely believe the producers didn't because the people in charge were ITV's chosen and they didn't want to show them in a bad light or the show that Nigel and Fred were in fact right. That annoys me big time, it was so disrespectful to the other members in camp and it was let slide. Made out like people who respect others are just Fuddy Duddy's šŸ™„

Also Sam nearly burnt food before because he fell asleep, it was only Danielle that saved it. He really shouldn't have been made cook šŸ¤£

Sorry for my essay, it's 5am and I'm wide awake šŸ˜…

With the campmates this years itā€™s hard to have many favourites to choose from. Some years you can like or enjoy watching almost all of them that you canā€™t decide who you want to get to the final cause thereā€™s not many to dislike. Usually there might be one person the public dislikes and a couple of quieter people who are a bit boring and then the other half are the favourites. From everything we were shown of Jamie Lynn I did like her especially compared some of the others and if she had stayed I think she would of continued to do well and one of the people I would of liked in the final. I definitely would of liked to of seen more of Nick , maybe heā€™s just a quiet person who doesnā€™t seek attention so probably wasnā€™t a lot of footage of him but he seemed so nice and genuine that going off of the little screen time he had I think it would of been nice to him in the final just for the fact he was nice.

Nigel to be fair has been polite and is doing the trials and putting effort in around the camp so canā€™t say heā€™s lazy like others , heā€™s not the most entertaining but out of the camp mates that have been in it this year Iā€™m glad heā€™s stayed longer than a lot of them. I donā€™t like Josie but Iā€™ll be shocked if sheā€™s not in the final two cause I think from day one ITV have had a plan to get her to the final or win it.

Sam is nice and hasnā€™t spoke to anyone like shit so for those reasons heā€™s more deserving to be in the final than some of the others whoā€™ve been voted out but I do see the game he plays at times and heā€™s smarter than people realise he knows how to stand out to try get screen time and what the public love to see on reality tv but thatā€™s not surprising reality tv is what heā€™s known for. I also think it would be very hard to keep up a fake act like that 24/7 for 3 weeks which is why I do think he is nice but he needs to mature a bit and be more socially aware and in no way am I dismissing his ADHD but heā€™s aware of his behaviour he even said to Pete heā€™s enjoyed pissing off/getting on some of the guys nerves in the camp cause it reminded of Pete and I get he missed his friend and Iā€™m sure he doesnā€™t annoy anyone maliciously but if youā€™re aware your behaviour is annoying someone and irritating them and theyā€™ve asked you to please stop or calm down not to touch them then that should be respected.

The other celebs names have gone out of my head but I think this year you just have to find the celebs you think are alright not that bad or the best of the bunch cause there isnā€™t a lot to choose from.

I think the show this year would have been better if they hadn't decided to dedicate such a disproportionate amount of time to Josie and Nella. It ruined the show. We didn't get to see other people in favour of hearing them twattle on inanely.

Yes you are right. Fine if you absolutely love those two but if you don't it's just annoying. Ditto Sam.
The quieter conversations were always far more interesting - Frankie talking about his career, Tony going to the US, and we just didn't hear enough from Nick full stop.
Sometimes a conversation might start with potential then Sam will crash in singing and shouting and jumping on people.
No idea how much he can control this (and I don't really want to get into a discussion about it tbh as it has been well and interestingly covered here already) but he obviously knows it is working as he is in the final four.

I do think he's quite genuine but I worry that he is getting rewarded for poor behaviour. I love him, I really do, I just don't want him to turn into a total caricature of himself after this.

He may struggle to control himself but other peoples boundaries and wellbeing are just as important as his.
