It is a bit OTT alright, though I understand it gets very intense in there. Also when they say "I've made friends for life" I'll bet the people from in there who actually do stay in touch are in the minority.

Scarlette was nice but she did come across like she was on one long audition.

She had a Twitter post on from a while back which mentioned she was a dancer on Saturday Night Takeaway. It was Ant and Dec who advised her to find a niche market to stand out. I think that's what led to the property game with her brother.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks that. I commented similar and felt kind of bad. Is that the way he naturally is or is he "heightened" in some way, is what I can't help but wonder. If that's his natural state, urgh.

I don't bother. Every time I've had a little look they're just reading out messages from their own family members, like it's the only way they can keep in touch!

Must admit though I have a soft spot for Dec. He seems so much nicer than Ant.

Talking of Ant, I dunno, but on their Instagram Live, he seems very sort of hyper and makes a lot of snide comments about fans comments, sometimes bordering on the aggressive side. I don't know if that is just the way he is naturally, this is the first year I've watched their Instagram Lives after the show so maybe you lot would know better than I would.

I thought the same, a weird hyper slightly pissed off vibe that makes for uncomfortable viewing. Dec must have saint like patience to put up with him.

Yeah it's a kind of an attitude of disdain Ant seems to have. Not nice to see. I might watch again for Dec but not for Ant.

Yes he is and it's lovely to see. Would like to see him do a trial though. I think if he did one and really gave it his best shot, it would gain him even more support. He is more popular than BG that's for sure.

I wondered tbh if it was actually the coke. The behaviour would fit, if he isn't normally like that. Also one of the times he went close to the camera, his pupils looked constricted to me, like pin pricks, but I guess it's hard to see accurately for just a few seconds, exactly how someone's pupils are. It was rumoured coke was one of his former addictions and I really hope it isn't that. Hope he isn't back on the booze either.

Unfortunately, yes. I like him, or at least I did before the jungle. He has not done himself any favours. I wonder if he will blame his manager, PK, for persuading him to do it.
