When they all arrived in Wales and went for the photo shoot it was all over the news who was there. They still had their phones at that point so they must have all seen it. I think their phones only got took off them about a week and a half before the show from what Tom and Gi have said.

They usually have beans or lentils and rice and give them electrolyte drinks so they get enough nutrients to live on.

It goes dark at around 4:00-4:30pm though, so either they’re eating the meal after the trial, or the quail was eaten tonight prior to the show going live and they’ve just edited it and put it in before the show came on. It’s so confusing.

I read that Mo is getting a different meat/protein to the others at mealtimes because his is halal. Apparently he will still do the eating trials though same as Amir Khan.

There is protein in beans - one of the main vegan proteins.

I’m not complaining, I know they’re doing their best. I just struggle to get my head around certain things, it’s what happens when your autistic and have dyspraxia sadly, I get a tad confused.

I know I’m in the minority, but I find this season a bit boring. The only ones that I like are Shane, Jordan and Vernon. the rest are quite boring imo. I still like it, but just not as much as previous years.
