The difference between eternal victims and ppl who move forward and make something of their lives is nothing to do with the latter not having had negative things happen in their lives- it's the taking of positive steps to improve things instead of cryarsing and expecting everyone else to fix it.

Iron deficiency anaemia is the most common nutrient deficiency in the world. At least 10% of women of childbearing age have serum levels lower than the minimum threshold for health, if you have access to supplements then you should take them, GPs can prescribe them if necessary. Again, very confused by the attitude.

The symptoms of lacking both of these make up the vast majority of her chronic complaints, a decent multivitamin and sleep hygiene coaching would make a massive difference to her mental and physical health.

Just had a little scroll on that other coffee beggar, and her replies are just constant woe. There is one where she is all - I have 0.84p in the bank - and another to an Irish charity wishing they could deliver her a dinner.
It truly is very Very beggy. But in a really passive aggressive way.
These people are absolute scroungers of the highest order.
