My fav part of the list is the deep clean AFTER decorating. Prob best to do a deep clean before you paint stuff

duck me, she’s honestly so so thick WHY would you want to spend circa £20k on a bit of wasteland just to make it in to a ‘secret garden’.
It won’t add any value, her house will still only be worth £70k despite the £20k bit of land, £6k carpets. She’ll be in negative equity before we know it I still find it hilarious that her flooring costs 10% of the house value

I still find it hilarious that her flooring costs 10% of the house value Is this list for 1 day? She should chose 1 or 2 DIY jobs and aim to do them to a good standard. When I was a bit younger than her, I moved into a council house that needed a lot of work. I’ve said this on here before but my dad literally made me sand for 8 months
All I wanted to do was paint but it wasn’t happening under his watch. There was burgundy gloss on the skirtings and about 50 layers of other gloss under it. My dad always had the pin that burst my bubble when I had ideas that wouldn’t work, she needs someone like that. Stu should man up as I’m sure he must internally roll his eyes and think wtf about 20 times a day at her
