Sorry to bring it back to 2012 again but couple of things 😂

Joel’s mum is Scottish. Their continuity really is non existent 😂😂😂

Doug’s Dad is Steven Audrey’s son from Corrie & Zack from Eastenders has just appeared as the brother of the noncey teacher who’s with Tilly.

Which brings me to my next point, they’re almost glamourising their relationship, they did the same with Hunter & Neeta if I remember correctly. Why? Why do they condone it and never do it the other way round where the man is the teacher. Just because it’s a woman teacher it doesn’t make it any less of an abuse of power.

He’s American, went into business with Ste to open the deli called Carter & Hey which is the place opposite the loft, I’m not sure what if anything it is in present day hollyoaks but it’s the shop at the bottom of the stairs of Leela’s house. I think at one point recently was going to be a money laundering front for Sienna and Ethan. Doug then realised he was gay and has feelings for Ste which he fights for a while until telling Ste and they’re together atm in 2012.

I was confused which era you were discussing after talking about Joel. Confused about Tilly too 😂she’s an adult?

I think she was in the first year of 6th form so 17 at most, but age of consent doesn’t matter if it’s a teacher. It’s still an abuse of power.

Re Joel’s mum. I was referring to 2012 Joel’s mum being Scottish compared to current day mum Rita Simons. Sorry for confusion 🤣
