Just had a look at next weeks channel 4 schedule, The Simpsons will move to Hollyoaks slot and Four in a Bed will replace The Simpsons 6pm slot.

So I read an article about the new time slot and it said that 64% of viewers watched via first look online or whatever they call it. So I kind of understand them going digital, especially as it’s a “young person” soap. At first I didn’t get it and thought they must be failing, low viewers etc but now it makes more sense to me. Time will tell if it works out though.

Yeah I suppose it makes sense, to me it’s just annoying because I had Hollyoaks which then runs into Channel 4 news

I think it’s a mixture of both. Yes lots of people watch it on streaming. But even with that added the viewing figures are still pretty low. I personally watch all my soaps on streaming now anyway.

I’ve never seen Holby and don’t know the actor before this but I thought he was gay and after JP for revenge for Freya from the moment the character was introduced

Btw has Ste and his new son had a scene together yet still!?
 
So just one episode a day? Anyone else have issues using 40d.on their TV? Mine never works will miss it being on tv tbh
