Holly Willoughby #7 Don’t let the door hit your Holl on the way out

Skip the queue at Wimbledon to sit in the royal box- annoying but is what is it
skip the queue at the supermarket as you don't want to be bothered- get over yourself no one cares
but YOU NEVER, NEVER skip the queue to see the beloved QUEEN of England lying-in-state and then lie about why you skipped the queue when the British public have been queuing for hours on end.🤬🤬🤬😡😡

Especially when David Beckham actually queued for hours and turned down the chance to jump the queue!

This not being on tv is really going to take a bit to her “most important person” image she prefers for herself.

Oh dear, how sad - never mind ...

They described exclusive golden handcuff deals as 'few and far between' and said Holly was being lined up to be a 'major player' with the BBC, praising her stint on the network's show Freeze The Fear.

'But after seeing everything that has unfolded over the past five months, the BBC want to give her some breathing space before making any offers.

I doubt they're even considering her! Probably a load of baloney put out by her PR, hoping people will comment along the lines of, "Oh, we love her! Come on Beebs - make her an offer before someone else snaps her up!" 🤭

I'm curious as to how her business could be in so much debt:

Her Wylde Moon lifestyle brand has just filed its first set of accounts …and these show that it has a mere £149 in assets. That’s enough to buy a couple of her candles or three small bottles of her signature perfume The Wild.

The micro accounts indicate that there is over £283,000 in assets but creditors are owed £310,000.

The accounts also show that ‘Mrs Holly Baldwin’ which is Willoughby’s married name, took a £46,000 advance from the firm in the year up to October 2022.

Presumably she's spent a shed load of money buying products to sell, but hasn't actually sold many? Even if that is the case, I struggle to see - from looking at her website - goods that would amount to that much (which I'm going to guess are counted as 'assets' for the financials). What else could the assets be - did she buy a factory or something? Presumably some of the creditors would be photographers, editorial and admin staff, PR, perfume makers and bottlers ...?

And why would she even need to take a 46k advance from the firm? (She wouldn't, if she's as loaded as what media makes out).

I don't think she's as wealthy as what is being claimed. I won't be at all surprised if she puts her house on the market - claiming security claims - and quietly closes this Wylde Moon "hobby" citing the same.

Yep that is exactly how Harry and Meghan operate their grift, they are continuously putting stories in the press along the lines of "Meghan tipped to win/present an Oscar" in the hope that they then get invited off the back of public buzz then being "oooh that will be good, I can't wait", except the public never go there :ROFLMAO:

Advertising, with Google and Meta (facebook/instagram). The cost of enough sponsored/targetted posts and adverts on these platforms to make a difference for new businesses is *immense* (my partner used to work as accountant for a very well known online-only business which you would think was famous enough to not need to advertise, but they had to shovel money at these platforms, just to keep brand awareness above the competitors. We regularly get a laugh out of the muppets that go on Dragons Den with some website idea and claim they can do it for £20,000 or other nonsensical amount.)

Didn't she also have an "Evening with Holly Willoughby" theatre tour (or was it just in London) to launch either a book or Wylde Moon tat? I remember the London date anyway they had to give the tickets away free because not enough people were buying them. Maybe she took a load of expenses out to do with that.

Agree with @kev1974 these stories are 100pc pumped out by PRs and have no substance to them beyond being wishful thinking.

Well, PR firms and publicists have to earn their corn. It's a quid pro quo between them and the tabloids ... the paper gets some filler and the PR company looks like it's doing some work for its client. I know you all know this, but it's worth saying again. It's all a pathetic game with the only losers being the general public.

Slighty off-topic but still related, one thing that always winds me up is when the hosts of magazine shows like This Morning or The One Show, or Chat Shows give all this gushing praise to their guests: "Oooah, thank you SO much for coming. etc. etc.". Why are you thanking them? They are there to shill whatever tit they are selling, you're doing them a bleeping favour. God, it's all so bleeping FAKE. Rant over. :ROFLMAO:
