Sounds like Hils is really struggling in the job..least she is being honest about it!
I think she may have had it quite cushy at home!
Also, she isn’t qualified long and was still probably getting to grips with finding her feet’s alongside getting used to the mental health act legislation in Ireland not to mind in Aus which I’d imagine is v different in legislation and clinical notes/meds all computerised. I think that would be overwhelming for any nurse not mind someone that isn’t qualified two years
