I didn't realize I was still following helen on Facebook
Today she made a post praising her own weight loss,
What bothers me about this is that her adhd medication has a major weight loss side affect. It's a huge appetite surpresent.

I know, that pissed me off too. She's finally lost the weight she's wanted to lose for years thanks to her medication! And she's preaching like she's put the hard work in herself!

Interesting she looks to have only posted this as a story on IG rather than a feed post - reckon it’s so she doesn’t have to manage the negative comments that this would no doubt attract?

Is the before photo edited to make her look bigger cause looking at her feed during that time she didn’t look that big so she must have been photoshopping herself. All the while saying she’s still a size 14?
Also the lack of talk of the adhd meds is very annoying considering she was still working out back then too.
Helen will say the weight loss came because she “envisioned a future version” of herself (what a bellend thing to even say) when it reality we all know the weight “loose” was because the ADHD meds kicked off and because she ditched FIWL and was no longer downing a couple of bottles of wine a night. It’s not that deep Helen, because you’re not that deep.

It’s actually hilarious to write some faux-inspirational paragraph about your weight loss when it’s been entirely caused by meds. Not that there’s anything wrong with losing weight from medication but be honest about it?

I was just reminiscing on her magnums today as I was giving my toddler "breakfast dessert" (a yogurt after his eggs) and i was like this is so Helen coded

Eh, to be honest, in my opinion weight loss is still hard work and an achievement when you have had unhealthy eating habits and have been big for a long time, even if helped along with meds that may or may not suppress your appetite a bit. I'm not going to resent her feeling proud of herself for finally doing what she's wanted to do in that regard. I have a few friends who have lost significant amounts of weight through weight loss surgery /meds and I'd never think that they haven't put in effort or don't deserve to feel proud of themselves. Those routes don't mean you don't also have to put in work yourself. Also idk she posted a few times that the meds she is on aren't the type to suppress appetite, though I have little knowledge about that.
I dislike everything else about her tho
Also yes I think she did/does edit her pics to make herself smaller which is why in the side by side she looks bigger back then than she actually used to come across on insta. Shady. she probably still edits her current pics to be smaller than she is now.
